Great experience! I went previously (another day) to shop and make decisions. Today I was in and out in 30 minutes. My purchase was hassle-free. Mark was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (even the dumb ones I asked). He didn't pressure me or try to sell me unnecessary items.Their product quality, pricing and varied selection was the best I've seen. I was very happy with my shopping experience there.

Mark was great! We walked in. He greeted us, then let us walk around and look. He then met back up with us and answered all our questions. We had to leave, but came back a few days later, he remembered everything we talked about and made our entire checkout process very easy. I recommend shopping at the South County Slumberland. Ask for Mark!

My family and I have purchased items from Slumberland for the past two or three years. Their customer service is excellent their knowledge of their product is outstanding. They make it worth coming back each time. I have worked with Lisa, Frank and Adam at the different stores that we have visited and each one of them greet us with a respect that customer service should be.

We had a wonderful experience shopping and selecting our new living room furniture. Our sales associate, Ryan, was very knowledgeable, personable, and provided superb customer service. We are anxiously awaiting our new pieces to arrive to update our living space. A great balance of attentiveness without being pushy. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a great experience at Slumberland. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Ryan, and he directed us to the area of the store for what we were shopping for. He politely explained the options available in fabric and power options, giving us ballpark prices to add onto the sticker. It was nice to know this information upfront as we looked at the various selections. We were given ample time to look at everything without being pressured or hovering. Ryan was very knowledgeable, helped us find everything we were looking for, and was thorough, thoughtful, and patient. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience from the salesmanship to the price and quality of furniture we were looking for.

I have used Slumberland multiple times this last year. I have worked with both Lisa and Ryan and they have been magnificent. They work hard to make sure my needs are met and they answer all my questions. They helped me and my elderly mom find mattresses, couches, and A chair when my back went out. Lisa even helped me exchange my mattress when I had an issue with it. They have a great return policy and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and it was made right. I would highly recommend them. I love their sales and their showroom. I trust them with my money and I trust them to take care of me, my family, and my home.

The shopping and sales part of this purchase were amazing! I haven’t received the bedroom furniture yet, so I can’t say anything about the delivery or the product, but shopping there was a great experience. Lisa, whom I dealt with before, was just phenomenal, and John who helped us out today while Lisa was busy, was super helpful, and knowledgable.

We are so thrilled with the service that we received during our first visit to slumberland. We had amazing experience with Ryan H. The sales associate that helped us with our purchase was phenomenal! I would recommend him to anyone.

Fabulous experience. Lisa was nice out the gate, but I blew her off initially because the first piece of furniture I saw was SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS! I assumed there was no way I would be able to afford anything in the building, but I was wrong. So many good deals and some couches I was so happy to have found there. We went back to Lisa and bought a couch. We've been to so many furniture stores and I am soooo happy that the search is finally over

We shopped around town looking for quality wood furniture, and Slumber land had the BEST choices available in the St. Louis MO area! Their friendly staff was not overly aggressive in the sales area. They let us roam and experience the various offerings. We never felt pressured to buy. Mark answered all our questions and showed us many options when we were ready to zero in on our selections. We highly recommend Slumberland for your next furniture purchase.

The assistant manager John was great to deal with. He was very quick with my sale and getting me in and out. They definitely have a repeat customer with me.

Jordan was the sales associate who helped my son and I pick out a mattress. He told us he was a new associate but we could not tell. He was very informative and extremely helpful with finding us a base for the bed that was different and specific for my son’s needs. He made the purchase experience great.

Ryan was great. I don't want someone hovering over me when I'm looking around, but he checked in occasionally to answer questions. Helped check out some questions I had and made sure I got everything I wanted, and the best possible value. I'll definitely go back!

John was awesome. Great service, not a pushy salesman, and fun to talk to. Happy with our decision to choose our recliner from slumberland.

I bought a recliner today from Slumberland. The salesman I worked with was the best. Jon Beck is his name. Jon showed me what they had and left so I could browse on my own. I had looked at several store. This store & the salesman Jon were the most comfortable to work with. No pressure and he answered all my question.

Much better experience than I’ve come to expect from furniture stores. The sales person, Bob, was just the right amount of helpful. He didn’t hover, but he stopped by at just the right time to offer us helpful information.

Many of the chairs, couches, and pillows can be customized free of charge, which is nice.

Ryan was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend making a purchase from him!
