Carter is a sweet, humble, nice, helpful, kind, relatable, respectful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuine person who cares about his customers, and I am glad we got our mattresses from their location because they made us feel welcomed. The delivery and the delivery guys were great!!! I recommend them!! They are great and fantastic in this location. I love them here. Thanks Carter, your colleague and the delivery guys.

Cater was very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and other items that we needed, he took his time and explained different materials and the comfort he was even able to help us with purchasing a bed. The experience was absolutely wonderful!! I felt no pressure to buy as well as I was highly educated by the guy that helped me. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and the promotions that they offer. I was looking at NFM first and was simply not pleased. The man that helped us made buying a mattress a breeze!!

I had done a little research and when I called to ask a couple of questions before coming in, the salesperson I spoke to, Jared, was very helpful and knowledgeable. After the conversation with him, I actually chose to go to mattress firm to buy the same mattress I would have gotten originally from Nebraska Furniture Mart. I felt that he gave me more insight and spent more time with me on the phone and in person and took the time to tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each of the items I was looking at so that I can make a better decision. He also geared his comments towards what I wanted to know instead of flooding me with information that I didn't ask about or that I said I was not interested in.

We had a great experience when buying our new mattress. Rusty was amazing! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He never got impatient with us trying out different ones or asking questions. He didn’t try and sell or steer us to the most expensive one. Would highly recommend him and the store if you are looking for a new mattress.
