They always have what is needed but communication could be better.All departments should be working together to help the customer experience be the best it can be

I ordered some face masks for the winter for two young boys and we received a car cover when we opened the package. I went to the Walmart shown in the picture and the lady in the service area took care of everything refunded my money including postage and refunded my credit card.

Jess Digital Team Lead and Stephanie help me in Jewelry replace watch battery. These Ladies went far an above to ensure the watch was in perfect working condition. This is why I LOVE WALMART!!!

Auto Care Center is the best in the area!! They have great customer service and saved us money on multiple occasions with tires and oil changes.

Deon went above & beyond this time around. He noticed my tail-light out & adjusted my trunk door after noticing it was uneven along with my oil change. He took the time after to check the light with me after as well.

Will only trust my routine maintenance with this staff! Thank you!!

Had an appointment for a covid test at the pharmacy drive thru, got there an hour early and they let me take it since they were not busy. It was quick and easy.

Had questions about cell phone storage and got the answers I needed and extra storage.

Love it here I used to shop here all the time now I work there and it is even better with knowing everyone is so helpful and great family like environment.

One of the best biggest and fanciest Walmarts in KC. Still have greeters and produce is comparable to price chopper. Normal melting pot of town from hobos to doctors. Even the bakery is above average for Walmarts.

Clean, short wait times for checking out, always well stocked. Not much more you can want from a Walmart

They need more handicap carts for people to use to go around in the store that's what I can say about them they need more riding handicap carts

Customer service team member went above and beyond his call of duty to take care of my problem's. Usually they're very strict and seem like they're unhappy to be doing their job. This guy restored my faith in humanity.

It's fine if you go early in the morning or just before closing so your not surrounded by alot of people and the kids running around 🤣

A quick visit to get a few things that I needed. Probably the most friendly Walmart employees I have experienced in a very long time.

I came to Walmart to get $19.95 oil change because I refused pay $65 at the chain stores and while I was here I saw that they had 100 round cases of two and three-quarter inch 12 gauge number 8 shot for twenty bucks each so I bought two :-)

Tried a different store than usual. The layout was COMPLETELY different. The Walmart App came through for me! Store map & product locations were 100% accurate. I highly recommend the app, btw. There is a huge selection of items not available in store. No obnoxious adds for things you didn't search for like Amazon. Plus the instore maps. Win win in my book.

Very nice associates. Clean bathrooms. Has a family bathroom in the back of the store.
