Had a great experience here shopping for shoes. Hannah was very helpful & went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I had a variety to pick from even if items werent out on the floor, hannah went & looked in the back. The other guy was helpful too. Very good customer service 👏

We stopped there this afternoon and the girl that helped us was amazing! I buy name brand because I get what I pay for, where I buy is also important to me. This trip was a random stop, but was totally worth it. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in a retail store!

So I went into Journeys in legends and nobody was in there the young lady working didn't greet, speak, just walked by us like we were not even in the store. Hmmm could it be we are black. Not sure but just took my business somewhere else. Very very disappointed!!!
