Y'all, I have never seen my hair like this! My friend got her hair done on Wednesday and when she came to work Thursday, I was blown away! She looked Amazing! I immediately booked with Ryan and got the most amazing dimensional hair color of my life! She is a very talented hair Stylist! Definitely worth the money! THANKS RYAN!

This is a really big JCPenney. They’ve got a lot of my favorite teams in the Sports Fan Shop. I’ve also noticed they’re starting to add some more toys and things like that.

My review is based off the service of the portrait studio. Stephanie was our photographer and she was excellent! My partner and I were taking engagement photos and we were extremely nervous about the process. From the moment we walked into this quaint studio, we were greeted and treated in such a professional manner. Stephanie handled all of my concerns and questions. Furthermore, she went above and beyond by explaining how much money we would save by utilizing the JC Penney membership. The only picture I was able to take (out of respect to the privacy of the staff)was how it looks on the outside. It's right next to the hair salon straight in the back of the store. I already left a review for Stephanie through my job. However, her service was so on point that I felt the need to leave it on my personal account as well. Thank you Stephanie for making my engagement photo session a stress-free experience.

I always have an amazing experience here! So many cute clothes at great prices and good variety. It can be hard to find staff at times but when you do they are professional and quick and eager to help! Love this store!

All of the people that work at the Legend JCPennnry's that I have encountered have always been nice, helpful and courteous. I love shopping there.

This is the best JC Penney store I’ve ever been in. I went in to visit the Sephora store. They have a great selection of cologne. The prices are on track with industry standards, but this store provides customer care like no other. The department manager was very helpful. He was busy but took the time necessary to make me feel like I was the only customer in the store. I asked for my go-to fragrance Sauvage. While personally directing me to the fragrance, he asked general questions about me. By the time we arrived at the Dior section, he had enough information about me to suggest a new fragrance (well, new to me); Tom Ford’s Ombré Leather. I’m sold. Now I have another fragrance to add to my collection.

Thank you Kevin for the terrific suggestion. I love the smell of leather, but would have never thought of it as a fragrance. You sure know your industry.

Visited their hair salon - loved the way my hair was cut and the highlights I asked for were absolutely lovely. I had never done this type of thing before and was nervous but felt at ease shortly after I arrived. Would recommend it

The staff here went above and beyond to help me purchase a chair. They bubble wrapped it and brought it to my car as well. I have been really impressed any time I come here with how much the staff are ready to assist customers. Great sales as well!

Penny's had almost everything I needed for Christmas. The only things I did not find in the store was a Lazy Susan, size 14 and 16 men's house shoes but they were available through their order department so I got everything I went shopping for. Thanks Penney's!

Went in to the photographer to see if I could get in a quick couple of headshots, they were professional quick and courteous. I spent $8 on a groupon and was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service and a very decent pic.

I hadn't shopped at Penney's in years but stopped in looking for something specific...Ernestine was straightening up in the woman's section and was super friendly! She was attentive and courteous and at the end of my shopping experience offered to check me out and see if I qualified for a JCP credit card, which I did!! Got a great percentage off the already sale prices items and I just couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Thank you Ernestine!!

Well, JC Penney Employees are very friendly and are there to answer any questions you might have. They have good sales and a good variety of merchandise. One in particular employee at the register by the name of Ernestine is so helpful. So many other employees are also there to make sure that you find what your looking for. Its an awesome store. 👍

Got some really awesome maternity pictures done here. Really happy with them but make sure you get a coupon online or something so you dont end up paying $500 for a package😶
