When I walked thru the door I met a very friendly young lady named Kimberly. Her mannerisms made you feel so calm and comfortable and welcomed. Even showing the bed her presentation was comfortable and her words made me feel "I want this bed!" You know my number is "40".😊 The result my bed was purchased! Praise God!!!

Charise was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the sleep number products. My first sleep number was in 2015 and she helped me then and remembered me from then! I’m so excited to get my new bed! Our new bed will help with my back and his snoring ;) the pillow he is using already has!

Our experience in the Sleep Number bed store in Topeka was outstanding. When we entered the store we were greeted by Paul, Sleep Professional. He was was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was NO pressure to buy a bed and he spent over an hour educating us on all the options available and helped us test a variety of options. We also met the store manager and Charise another sleep expert. We left the store, got lunch and went back and bought our new bed at the Sleep Number Store in Topeka. Excellent experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Joyce. (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) She was amazing to work with making the experience even all more worth it. She was very informative and patient. I had my two little girls with me and had to devote a few minutes here and there for them to keep them busy while my wife and I shopped. She was super nice and gave us time when we needed it rather than rushing us through. She didn’t try and push a sell for this bed or that bed but made sure we knew all our choices and to make sure we got what suited us. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Joyce was also helpful at the beginning of the day when my husband went in and got a quote from her. Joyce was working for the store when we purchased our first one twenty years ago.

I went to the store on Wanamaker Rd. The experience me and my husband had was amazing! Though we did not get what we came for at that moment we will definitely be back for our bed. We had a wonderful time with Paul (the new guy lol), Charise and Joyce. They were so polite and very knowledgeable. They answered all questions and did all they could to make sure our experience was nothing less than excellent. I would recommend anyone to go see these guys. They will make it worth your while. We didn't realize how much a very good bed is so important and they helped us to really understand that. Not for the sake of just a sale either. They made us, the customer the priority not the sale of the product. We will definitely be sleep number bed customers very soon believe that!

My wife and i walked in to look and rough price, as soon as we walked in Paul was there to help us, he told us about the cirrent deals which was 20% off matress and frames for military and assisted us in figuring out which bed style was right for us as well as our sleep setting. He also discussed how we sleep to figure out which pillows would be right for us. (TRUST THEM WITH THE PILLOWS!) At no point did we feel as if we were obligated to buy nor did he make us feel as if we were taking to much of his time. In the end we did decide to make the purchase that day and he would with us on the financing and set us up for free delivery. We were in that store for about 2 hours and the whole time Paul was smiles, jokes, and nothing but helpful. 100% guaranteed to work with this store again especially with Paul.

Excellent service. They didn't try to pressure me into buying one of the high end and expensive beds. They took me to the bed consumer reports said was the best based on customer feedback but also had me try other beds to get different options and comfort. I ended up going with the consumer reports best buy and didn't get the extras e.g. their box spring, pillows, sheets etc. Bed still was expensive,.but if it gives me relief from my back pain,.it will be worth the cost.

The girls at the Topeka Sleep Number Store were wonderful as they helped us choose a bed just right for us! The service couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the delivery team as they informed us about all of the features. We look forward to our first sleep experience tonight!

I went to the sleep number store to find a good quality pillow. I was greeted by Charise and she was so very helpful in helping me choose the right pillow for me.
The next morning I woke up with much less neck pain. This new pillow is the right kind of support I needed. I’m enjoying my new pillow and looking forward to being pain free.
Also while I was at the store I checked out sleep number beds. I found my sleep number to be 45. When I’m ready to purchase a new bed I will definitely look into buying a sleep number bed.

I was a past customer of the Sleep Number store and they took the time to let me know about a great sale on the Flex Fit bed frame. They let me think about it without pressuring me and let me complete the entire transaction over the phone since I live north of town. Joyce was great to work with.

We were made to feel comfortable with the sales staff, the selection of beds, and the features that make sleep number an excellent choice. The staff made us feel warm and welcome and made the process flow as smoothly as any we have experienced.

Cherise was amazing. Her manager too. I believe was Joyce. Cherise stayed later to see our purchase through. Just a wonderful person to help you. She was on point the whole way. Would highly recommend this store.

The Lawrence store was out of a pillow I wanted so Marissa called Charise at the Topeka store and she brought it to the Lawrence store the next day. Kudos to both Sleep Number Associates for going the extra mile.

All three staff at the Topeka store are wonderful. It took me 4 trips out to make a decision. No one could have had more questions than I did. They were always helpful. I don’t have my bed yet but I’m looking forward to it soon.
