Boot Barn

Great Boot Barn location. It was so organized inside and it was super appealing to me. A lot of it was even color coordinated. It is still brand new, had large fitting rooms, the employees were very nice and helpful, they had a wide selection of everything you can think of for men, women, and kids. Not just western clothing either. They have sportswear for women also. The jewelry is so pretty!

The employee Q was very nice and personable. Didn't end up buying anything but believed he deserved some recognition

The management team at store went out of the way not to just sell items but to educate me on the brands, cost, quality and availability. I love me some Boot Barn. This location is great, and the ladies are super friendly and helpful. However, whoever is stocking the cowboy hats needs to take it easy. It's hard to want to buy one with the brims and crowns bent and twisted. That's the only criticism I have for this spot.

Great store. I bought some boots for my husband back in November and the tacks started coming out of the soles by January. I don’t think it had anything to do with the quality of the boot but rather a manufacturer defect. Boot barn took them right back and gave us a new pair that day no questions asked. Great customer service will definitely go back.

My experience was satisfying. And I will have to go back. I forgot to see if they carry hat bands.

Well staffed. A lot of boots. Well stocked and the staff were very attentive. I had at least 3 ask if they could help me find anything. All other customers were being addressed as well. Great job.

One stop shop for boots, anyone who hikes or has anything other than an office job should definitely use this as their first stop. I did find their options for comfortable but stylish heavy duty boots, especially with steel tips, to be sorely lacking, but at the end of the day any heavy duty boots are gonna get destroyed and don’t need to look great.

I love this place! They have great sales and every sales person in there has been very nice. There boots are pricey just wished they had some type of lay a way for even 60 days.

Friendly staff. Great variety of dressier boots and clothes. Downside, if you wear a women's boot 10 or larger, options to try on in store are limited.
