Absolutely great customer service at this location. Found out at roughly 10:40 this morning that they were having a sale on 3 wick candles and certain body lotions. I called into that location because I was going to be sending my husband and I wanted to know the crowd expectation. Mia (I hope I got her name right) answered the phone and was polite and professional. Upon arrival, my husband told me he was greeted and the representative took him throughout the store helping him locate all of the items I wanted. The whole shopping experience took less than 10 minutes. Very happy with the level of customer service and care that my husband received while visiting this location today. Furthermore, my husband is happy because he was able to get his shopping done and get home in time to finish watching his basketball playoff games. Pretty much a win-win experience all around 🙂.

Great staff! Rae and Mia were very helpful to me, giving me good recommendations and being very kind. This location is my favorite in the metro!

i wanted to do a customer satisfaction survey, but since there isn't one, this is the next best thing. every store has different inventory, so i can't rate the store based on that.

however, i can rave and praise the workers here! leslie, nathalie, and trinity are all amazing employees and went above and beyond for me! they were so kind and patient as i explained a fairly annoying process i wanted to do, but they took everything in stride and helped with so much care and positivity.

Love my wallflowers! I love the new fragrance carrot cake and I'm grateful and glad they came out with a plug-in with the same sent and finally a 3 week candle instead of just one wick. I do believe the ceramic items to set candles on are extremely overpriced and even though there are some for past holidays they don't even marked down which I've never seen a business not do when they are past a season they had Valentine's Day stands that could hold candles but they were not mark down in any way shape or form. I think $40 is way overpriced for a small cute little butterfly stand that is ceramic and could easily break. The candles and the plugins are worth the money at the stands that are put out 450 and $40 are way too much money.IMHO.

Love this location! I just went in today and the manager and gal at the front were so nice and helpful! I went to the BBW at Oak Park Mall yesterday, paid for 5 wall flower scents and only made it home with 4. Didn’t get the receipt I asked for either. I called this morning and they asked me to bring them back in (even the one I already put in the wall), in order to get the 5th, even though I was able to tell them the scent that got left behind. I explained that I live 45 mins away and asked if they could call Legends to allow me to do it there, but they wouldn’t. I ended up just going to the Legends location and explaining the situation, and they took care of me right away! Very pleasant experience today and always!

I had the best time! Staff was engaging and helped me select products based on my statement of wanting "warm" soap scents. I learned they have a sink mid-way in the store where you can wash your hands to try before you buy.

I love how it smells as soon as you walk in or as soon as you open the door I should say they have everything a girl needs as far as lotions and bath items but went in there looking for one specific thing and I didn't find it but it's not their fault it's okay. I love their candles especially.

This place was awesome. Although I dreaded being embarrassed and losing some of my manliness walking into Bath and Body Works I'm glad I did. It smells incredible and has an overwhelming selection of candles and other fragrantly scented perfumes. My nose was most delighted with this store and would also enthusiastically recommend it. The staff were most friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to come and get great smelling things for your home, car and office, they also have wonderful lotion and sprays and great smelling hand sanitizer so you don’t have to be overwhelmed by the smell of alcohol.!!
This place also has great deals and discounts all the time , stop in and give your husband and wives great presents from here.!🤪

Always a great experience shopping in any of their locations! Great people and I can't stop talking about their products. It's been years using bath and body works products and everything from their body scrubs and lotions to little hand sanitizers is amazing!

They have the best room sprays I love them.

I went with my boyfriend and there were two ladies at the door. One didn't look back first before she greeted us by saying welcome ladies!!! Then she realized my husband was a man lol we all laughed hard and my husband told her he left his wig at home that day!!! I'm pretty sure if she sees this she will remember us both the girls were friendly and all about helping me find the fragrance that worked for me great job girls!!!

They had a pretty decent sale. The store was packed. I would have stayed longer but just really wanted to get to some fresh air. I can say that the customer service of the workers was spot on.

Very helpful veteran friendly associates made my shopping quick and fun.

These gals are top notch!!! Always willing to help, always smiling and don't forget they are on top of what sales and coupons are available. This might be where I go to find a job when I retire!!! LOVE visiting even when we don't need anything!

It was a sale going on, the staff was very helpful even with a packed house. They were there helping to serve everyone, when I say everyone thats what I mean. Yes I been trying to get back a couple of things I want to get some more of.

The variety of smellygoods here is outrageous. We really like the 3 wick candles, especially when they are on sale. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff is amazing. They always greet you with a smile.
