So my wife and I were just thinking we were going to have a quick purchase experience because we already knew what we wanted. We got “help” from a young guy and our experience with him was as bad as his man bun. Literally after 20min we thought he was still looking for our shoes but turned out he forgot about us and was helping someone else. I went up to Lexi, who was extremely busy to ask about our shoes and she said she would take care of it, and SHE DID! She was multi tasking like she had 4 hands and was running the entire store even though she had “help” from other employees. They were no help and she was patient, and actually willing to help. Lexi was awesome and deserves praise and a raise. She is the definition of a finish line employee! Thank you so much Lexi for making our night great. Went in today to find a couple pair of shoes and left with the best shopping experience of the day. The staff were all very polite and helpful, it was a nice change from many of the interactions in the day. If I could haven a sixth star they’d have earned it. Between my indecisiveness amd their knowledge of their current stock we left with three pair of shoes amd exceeded expectations.

We went in to return some shoes purchased online. The lady working this morning was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to find the exact shoes we ordered in the CORRECT sizes (I got them too small for both)- for the same prices we paid previously plus free shipping. She even went through the trouble of measuring the kids' feet to ensure we wouldn't have to exchange them again. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks allot!

Mika went above and beyond to help me find and order the particular shoe I needed. He was very knowledgeable in all products available. And helped explain products and ways to use them to keep them protected and looking like new! This guy knows his stuff, very tentative and friendly. Go see him!!!
