A very enjoyable shopping experience. A very customer oriented team. I'm a fish out of water here a visit to cavender's makes my day.

my brother and i went in about 3 weeks ago, madi is the one who helped us and she was a doll! she was very cheerful and super nice while helping check us out!

Employees VERY helpful & courteous. Helped me find just the right pair of western boots that are very comfortable & they were on sale, almost half off retail.

Finally purchased a pair of Miss Me jeans and a new sparkly belt. 🤗🤗
I love when you walk up to the store and smell all the leather. It is always dangerous for me to go into a western store, and true to form, I spent WAY too much money....but it was worth it!

Great selection with quality products, but be prepared to pay the top dollar. They often have sales such as buy one get the other 50 percent off, so I guess it isn't that bad 😅.

Friendly service and a huge selection. I just went in to return some Christmas gifts that my picky husband didn't completely like and the customer service was exceptional. The manager even took the time (while very busy) to help me figure out why my new purse was setting off the alarms every where i went.

Great western store but not a lot of options for woman's apparel. They had a few cute tops but very limited. Great selection on boots and decent prices. Staff was super friendly.

Pretty large western clothing store with sections for men, women, children, boots, jewelry, accessories and novelty items. Great location, nice displays, and reasonably priced, women's jeans a little high priced at over $100, but that's normal in western pants with lots of embellishments. 😅

Love everything about Cavender's! The clothes, boots, belts ect. The people that work there are all so very nice & really take the time to help you with what you are needing. I had went in there with my daughter once with my 3 grandchildren to get them all boots. The young man that helped us was very good with them and made sure that they got the right sizes.

My wife and I enjoy shopping at this store for the past few years. This evening, we needed assistance purchasing a work boot for our son. Gage was extremely helpful, informative, and offered multiple recommendations. He not only listened to what we were looking for, but answered our concerns from beginning to end. After looking at several choices, he pursuaded us to consider a different alternative which was a slip-on steel-toe work boot. We ended up purchasing this type of boot which made more sense, but would have never thought of it had it not been for Gage.

Best Western apparel around by far and there prices are good the store is always clean and staff are very helpful but not pushy. And that goes for every cavenders I've ever stepped Boot into.

The selection of items at this store are incredible! We went in looking for a pair of boots for my husband. The associate that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. The prices were on the high side but hopefully it will be worth it in the long run!

My fiancee needed some jeans but was looking for a certain brand and fit, Margie was super helpful, and so sweet! We caught a great sale on shirts too, we'll definitely be back!
