TownePlace Suites by Marriott Garden City

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. The breakfast was great, with plenty of seating for meals and watching tv in the lobby. The location is great, being close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome room for about the same price as a regular motel!!! Nice BIG room with separate bedrooms. Beds were awesome. Pillows were a bit soft for my liking, but I have had worse. A little kitchen area....BIG bathroom, too. All the comforts of home! This will probably be our stop over place when we need one! Thanks for having a great room for two exhausted travellers!!!

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious. I can’t say I’ll ever be in this town again, but if I am I’ll be staying here.

Great experience. No complaints. Roomy for us and our kids. Clean. I rarely swim in hotel pools because of the chemical ratios usually being off. We enjoyed this pool. Good protein options at breakfast. I think I saw manager helping at breakfast...so good to see hands on management. Will stay again.

Everything feels new, fresh and clean. The beds are nice and so soft, great night sleep. There is a full kitchen in each room. NOT a mini-fridge and a microwave---a whole kitchen!

And a giant closet. I can't even explain it, but it's huge.

The fitness center is great too. Lots of well kept machines.

On top of all this the staff is amazing. Especially the night manager Mark. He was sooooo helpful and great. This guy should be made CEO. Professional, courteous and welcoming. Clone this guy!

I've been to a lot hotels in my life and I have to say this one is definitely in the top....rooms are comfortable and staff is always helpful and willing to do whatever they can to make it better....I'm here for a month and the breakfast is always hot and ready to go.... definitely would recommend this place to anyone coming to garden city.....I personally think for the money there isn't anywhere better here....

Wonderful bed, wonderful room, quiet. Staff was very friendly except 1 older white lady... she kept giving me the evil eye...

Very clean, modern hotel with a variety of hot and cold breakfast. It's nice having access to Netflix in your room along with free wifi. The rooms are comfortable and have a lot of desk area for working (if your a travelling workaholic like me). Staff was always available, friendly and ready to help.

I used to have another hotel that I always stayed at here in Garden City, until I found this place (actually a few friends STRONGLY recommended it). Now this is the place for me, and I hope there will always be a room available when I roll thru town. I actually think it's not easily visible from the highway which might explain why it took me so long to discover it. Anyway if you're looking for a hotel room that looks and feels like a fancy apartment, while paying a modest price for it, this is the place for you. It's easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in and the amenities are beyond plentiful. The breakfast they provide is also top notch. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect for shopping, sites, grocery shopping, gas station stops, and is fully visible from the highway. It's the first thing you see entering Garden City off the highway. The parking lot is easy to get to, lots of space. The entrance is beautiful and modern with a lounge type area with 24/7 coffee and tea for guests. I loved the breakfast choices. As a vegetarian, I usually don't have many choices outside of cold cereals, so to have hot oatmeal with fruit and nuts and eggs separate from the meat products was a joy. The room itself has all the things you'd find in a fully furnished studio apartment. They had freaking pots and pans! They had utensils, cutting boards, strainers, the works. Full sized fridge, great coffee and tea selection for the morning boost. I loved that they had both a tray table to eat in bed or a tray for use by the couch. There are enough outlets to power a server room and you can access the closet from by the entrance and from the bathroom, so no cold jogs for clothes you forgot to take in the bathroom with you. Now, the bed. The BED! So comfy and the pillows we're that just perfect squishy without deflating overnight. The sheets were so soft. I just loved it. I know I'm rambling, but I just couldn't get a better hotel room in Garden City if I tried. And this was their standard room. Seriously, if you are visiting the area and want tons of extras without the extra money it normally takes, this is the first and only hotel. I will stop gushing here, but seriously, it was amazing.

Perfect! The hotel was so modern. We travel a lot and are in a lot of hotels. This one was very nice. The price was great. Hotel was fresh, modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a breakfast that included biscuits and gravy. Yum. I'd recommend staying here.

Newer hotel on the outskirts of town so there is some truck traffic, but that isn't a problem. Quiet place inside, very friendly staff. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever seen. It is geared for extended stay as well so the kitchenette is awesome too. Highly recommend.

Clean. Great staff. The dryers were not working in the on-site laundromat, so the evening manager opened the staff laundry to me for the dryer.
The printer was not working, so I forwarded to the hotel printer where they made my prints.

Was in town for a storm chase and needed a shower so badly! The day before I finally broke down and got a room elsewhere for a similar price but the hot water didnt work...etc..

Everything was amazing at TownePlace! The room was spotless, everything was stocked and the staff was just so responsive and nice.

It was absolutely a wonderful week!! It was my 1st time staying at this hotel and I was so impressed!! Great friendly service, clean, and has everything you vould possibly need. They really had everything!! Full kitchen in ur room completely furnished!! Great place loved it!!!

Everything about this place is great! I love how spacious it is, it's like home away from home, if you're coming through this area, this is definitely worth stopping for. And the added bonus is Walmart is right down the street, you can go get groceries for a meal and cook it because they have a fully furnished kitchenette! No stove... but for real... this is awesome!

Elena Garcia was so nice and friendly to us. She checked us in and treated us just like the people who checked in ahead of us, despite us not having a reservation and them having one. She gave all the information I could possibly need and seemed happy to answer any additional questions I had. With such friendly and helpful staff I would highly recommend this place and even stay here again. -a new friend from Iowa
