my wife and i love this place, owners are great have always gotten a room here they have never let us down.

Great place to stop for the night. I've stayed here many times over the years, and I get the same great service from the owners every time. Rooms are always clean, & even though they're next to the highway, it's still fairly quiet. Plus, they don't overcharge like the bigger chain hotels in town do. This is my go-to motel for Garden City

Rochester, and other bugs crawling everywhere mold on the ceiling above the shower, toilet not properly attached. I should of looked at reviews before staying here. Will not come back here again.

Person who checked us in was great. When we left the next day she offered us a breakfast bag. Not real fancy but was comfortable and reasonable. We would stay there again.

The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and personable. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of channels to choose from. Air conditioning worked great as it was 95 plus outside. The place was quite. Breakfast was good. Will come back if in the area again.

Fantastic! Clean, comfortable, great water pressure in shower with plenty of hot water. If I had to complain the only thing I could think to want is a slightly larger TV, they do have a flat screen TV, microwave and mini refrigerator in room. Continental breakfast was great as well. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. I really love their rooms, very clean, beds are comfy, pets welcome. The owners will bend over backwards to make your stay great. Fridge, micro, and coffee makers in rooms. Super Friendly service, clean rooms, convenient location. The birds here or as comfortable as home, it’s quiet, very friendly, and accommodating. Bedding smells as clean as mine! That’s a double plus in my book! Good job Magnuson❤ I stay here twice a week until December 1 2018

For a 2 star hotel, this place was excellent! The facilites were updated, the bed rather comfy, and very clean rooms. They did have an outdoor pool but it won't be open in colder months.
They also gave me a early check in and provided breakfast, though I passed for a local breakfast spot. I would definitely come back!

We come down here multiple times a year with our custom harvest crew and well always choose this hotel over and over! It is very clean and the beds are comfy!! Staff is very nice also!! Easy to get to and it’s quiet! There is also amazing parking space available!!

Travelling with animals can at times be challenging. I found the staff here to be very accommodating and understanding with the wellbeing of both myself and the dogs in mind. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here again the next time I am in town for sure.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast was enjoyable and good. Would definitely stay here again, specially over the high price chains in town.

We Rodeo and we are always looking for cheap hotel rooms. If you do what we do this motel is perfect. Very clean, beds are very comfortable! Great choice for the money.

Very clean very friendly staff beds are comfy .
Only thing i can possibly complain about is on the east side you can hear the 18 wheelers very clearly Throughout the night. This is not the hotels fault.

Clean rooms, SUPER comfortable beds. Slept like a baby here. Toilets take forever to flush, but it's really no big deal.
