The manager Hugo was great I had a small issue with my bill I was upset I know it wasn’t his fault but he was so calm and helped me understand the bill and made sure I understood all my charges thank you

Hugo and 2 other ladies were very helpful when I went in to handle some difficult business. In less than 1 hour, all of my issues were taken care of and I left one very satisfied customer!

I was so grateful to Hogo, the store manager for his help. I had been on the phone with AT&T customer service for TWO, I say 2 hours, trying to resolve an issue and none of the agents could solve the problem. I was soooooo mad that I went to our local store in hopes they could help. Luckily I happened to get Hugo to help me. He was so calm and said to step right over to the computer and solved my problem in 5 minutes. Thank you soooo, Hugo.
