The owner and staff at this store are fantastic! I have taken my phones in for screen replacement a few times, as well as some other phone issues (usually as the result of my stupidity), and they are always friendly, fair and efficient. I just had them replace the battery in my Mac laptop. As usual, they did a great job and saved me a full day trip to either Wichita or CO Springs! You cannot go wrong getting service or buying phones from this store. Thank goodness for Garden City Phone Doctor!

Awesome job replacing a screen on my IPhone. Also they put on screen protectors for a very small fee. Well worth having the job done well.

I very highly recommend this place… the owner is very helpful and his assistant is polite… I don’t feel pushed or taken advantage of…. Honest hardworking. Definitely a business that has my respect.

Had unexpected phone damage on the flight from California and wanted to support a local business for my repairs. So happy I stopped by! The service was beyond amazing and was super quick, affordable, and efficient! Just had a cracked screen, but they got it done in about 30 minutes! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Didn’t catch the younger guys name, but he was an absolute rockstar when it came to the repair! Highly recommend this business!

Excellent service! We live two hours away and he was very flexible with us and worked on my phone right away! I thought my phone was a goner when I sent it in, but he was able to restore it! Very thorough. Very efficient. Very friendly. Will definitely be recommending the Phone Doctor to anyone who is having phone/tablet issues.

He is prompt with his service. Answers my calls right away. Takes walk-ins and appointments. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Replaced my battery the second time for free. Definitely 5 stars!!!!! Very friendly staff. My phone was totally spider webbed and they fixed it up perfectly. Was done in an hour and 1/2 and for a very reasonable price. They even put a screen protector on for no additional cost. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing service and very friendly. I highly recommend Elliott to anyone having issues with a phone, tablet, etc. He uses the right parts and does the repair correctly. He does not cut corners and his work shows it. I won't use anyone else.

These guys are excellent! Our screen was replaced and it was like a brand new phone. Service was fast, friendly and fairly priced.

I have used the Phone Dr numerous times having teenagers and would highly recommend him. Always explains in great detail and has fixed all my issues. Couldn't be happier. I would also recommend that you buy all your phone accessories from him, His prices are much better then anywhere else.

I cracked my phone for the first time ever this weekend. I looked up my options and Garden City and the phone doctor was the best choice and it was proven after I visited them the lady at the front desk has a very nice smile and it’s very welcoming not only that the two workers that I had cross paths with the owner and a younger man were very kind very responsive and just downright good people I recommend this place to anyone

After having it verified with my phone service carrier and Apple Support that my iPhone battery needed to be replaced, I faced a three-hour trip to a Denver area Apple Store or a two-hour trip to my carrier to have it replaced.
At the suggestion of a friend who has had several iPhones repaired at the Garden City Phone Doctor, I decided to call that business.The confidence in the owner's voice, compared to the lack of that in the phone conversation with my carrier, helped me decide that I was going to Garden City (approximately same distance as my carrier).
I was acknowledged the moment I entered the store even though someone else was already being helped. After a few minutes, the owner was changing my battery, and then I was on my way. Plus, the cost was considerably less than either of my other choices!
Professional no-nonsense service! The owner is knowledgable, experienced, and obviously brilliant when it comes to phone repair!

Great place to get a phone fixed.

I went in to have my iPhone speaker fixed after a few months of having to use speaker phone every time. They also fixed my cracked screen while there all for a very affordable price! Great place and will continue to go there.

Great service at a very reasonable price with an even better staff! They not only fixed my phone they taught me how to avoid other issues. Highly recommend, I even drove from dodge city and wouldnt mind driving again if I needed to.

He replaced the battery on my Samsung Note 5. Literally took him 15 minutes max, so he is obviously very skilled/knowledgeable. It cost me $60 which was so worth it. He showed me everything and was very friendly.

I was very impressed with the speed, quality and cost involved in the repair of my Note 10 and IPAD Pro. While I do not look forward to another mishap of a cracked screen on my phone, I at least know I can count of the service provided by this company.

The Phone Doctor is very professional, fast and courteous. I highly recommend this business. My son uses his phone as a medical device to monitor blood sugar. He accidentally dropped his phone in a glass of milk while treating low blood sugar. The phone doctor prioritized this “patient” and had his phone fixed in a matter of minutes!!! Thank you very much! You’re the best!!

Fast Professional Service, I wasn't even sure if my phone was fixable , it was annihilated. Repaired and returned to me the same day. Highly recommended, hope I don't need his Services again but would certainly use them if I did!
