Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The customer service was great, young professionals. They were very polite and helpful in ordering my food. The food was great, I ordered the new French Onion Double Steakburger, would recommend.

I can't say much more about this place other than the fact that they are by far one of my favorite fast food places. They are so clean. They wear gloves while fixing your food. The lady at the window on February 18, 2020 was so kind. They are fast as well. I ordered the Veggie Burger and it is delicious, you can't tell at all. I love their sauce.

Food was good. More importantly, the staff was amazing and accommodating. All younger, very professional and kind. Even came up and grabbed our tray for us to get it out of the way of the table. Very nice.

I went through the drive thru at this restaurant and was greeted with a smile from Freddy himself back from the grave. I will always go back to this Freddy's. It has the best customer service. The food was delicious and extremely fresh.

Had a great experience here. They made one mistake on our food but made it right and gave all my family members a free concrete! Definitely quality service here! Will be back in the future and highly recommend to others! 👍

Very Good Service , good food and great taste ! Small amount of grease under out cheese Curds , but still good ! The lobby and table area was very chilly !

The food we had was really good, fresh, and made quickly. The place was clean and everything was well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was kind of tricky to get in to the lot due to the configuration of the streets.

It was a Great Double Cheeseburger and fries 🍟 😋 I ordered a cup of cheese to dip my fries in also.

Food's fine. Staff is good too with one exception.

One of the individuals dispatching orders was comically and stereotypically rude. This was on several occasions so it's not just a one-off having a bad night. It was so ridiculous we were laughing, like is this girl for real.

Compare their behavior to countless other drive thru operators who likely also experience having bad days (like literally every other person in the world does from time to time) but still manage to do their jobs with dignity, and are not rude to people just because they can be.

This was a fun excursion day filled with surprises including lunch here. Not disappointed at all for fast food. It was delicious and I'd eat here again.

Quick shout out to Creighton and Amelia for being open during a blizzard! Food was great as always but their service is just out of this world. Dedicated employees who care about what they do, I can't say that for most fast food spots. Thank you!
