Big O Tires

Drove from TN to Kansas on a bad tire on my BMW X6, My son recommended Big O Tires. They got me in the next day and replaced both tires. I made it back to TN safely. Thank you, I wish you were in TN.

Corbie from Big O tires is a life saver! We were on a cross country trip and got a hole in our tire, and luckily big O tires was located at the exit we pulled off on. They were able to replace our tire and get us back on the road in 2 hours! Very thankful for Big O tires and Corbie!

Walked out of work Saturday to a flat tire, so Monday I went to Sam’s to get a new one. I’ll tell you they informed me they couldn’t get the tires I needed for my car because they don’t exist. Frustrated I walked out and called Big O which I talked to Joe and he told me those tires are hard to get but that he could order them for around $150. He then went on to explain that there was another tire that fit my car that I could change to, which would allow me to find them easier. Got to the store and figure out they had an option for $79.99 or $99.99 and it was recommended I did the $79.99 but they only had 2 tires in that price but I really needed the 4 to get an alignment done. Joe hooked me up and price matched all 4 tires of the $99.99 down to $79.99 and got me an alignment. Having to change all 4 plus and alignment and all fees it brought me around $570 which was better than I would have expected. A day later I got a follow up from Travis making sure everything was going good. I’ll say from this experience I will definitely being returning. Thanks for getting my car going again!

We sometimes look at a service as an expectation that comes with the product we purchase. However, in the past few years we have become disillusioned with self-checkout lines, some businesses and utility services implementing “convenience charges”, and a businesses employees acting like they are doing you a favor.
I recently hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I changed the tire myself. Normally I go elsewhere for tire service, more out of habit than anything else but I was near the Big O Store in the Legends. They seemed busy but I went inside to make an appointment and they said they could take care of me now. They made suggestions, not to make themselves money but to help me with my tire replacement strategy. In addition, forgetting that I had Purple Heart license plates they simply told me they were giving me the veterans discount, something I often forget to ask any business. The wait was only about 30 minutes in a comfortable chair and the staff was friendly, even offering some bottled water. When I got my car back the tools used when changing the tire, I just threw them in the trunk however they were put neatly back in place and I didn’t have to do anything but drive away.
I didn’t realize that over time I have been conditioned to accept a different kind of service over time and perhaps many others have as well, services that are not very customer focused. Although I am disappointed about getting a flat tire this experience with Big O Tires made me realize the service I have been missing, exceeding my expectations. I found a new tire service for both my cars today that I believe I will stay with. So, although not happy about getting a flat tire, I learned of a business that gives great service that I will continue to use.

I showed up with a very flat tire at like 6:15 on a Wednesday night as they were about to close for the day. They were kind enough to look at it, recommend replacement and even put my spare on for me.

Had a set of tires in the next morning at 8am and had me back rolling by midday.

Front desk person coordinating it all was very good.

I'm very satisfied with the attitude of Corby. She was very professional and enthusiastic very patient. Very pleasant to talk to. I can't forget about Joseph. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products in the your business. Thank you for the great service you provided. Keep up the great work.

Went in for a repair on a day where the snow was starting to come down. My tire has a nail stuck in a place where repair wasn't an option but I was still under warranty. They didn't have the replacement in stock that day so they got me back on the road so I could return when the tire was in stock a couple days later. I returned and they quickly replaced the tire and they even followed up with me later through text messages. I've been getting tire service here for more than 10 years now and they never disappoint.

Outstanding work and Outstanding service.

I went to Big O Tires at the Legends in KCK over a year ago. Thinking it was a large company, I was a little hesitant, but was willing to take a shot at getting some work done. Since the pandemic, a lot of the smaller garages have a couple of weeks to even over a month wait to get work done on your car.

I called and was pleasantly surprised and impressed with Joe who told me he could get my car in the next day. Since that day over a year ago, I have been nothing but totally impressed with the quickness, quality and just as important, the great customer service.
While I have had a good experience with everyone who I have talked with, Joe has been outstanding.

I have had many conversations and interactions with Joe. Joe has always been professional and upfront about any work he feels needs to be done. This past summer I had a couple of dealerships look at my car because there was something not right with my car. Very frustrated, I thought even though my car is a VW Passat (a car that a lot of shops won’t work on)I would take it to Joe and his mechanic to see what they could come up with. That same morning Joe called and said we got you taken care of….the push start on my car was sticking causing multiple issues with my car. That fixed most of my problem, but there seemed to be another issue with my car. I took it back to Joe and within an hour he called and said I don’t want to do anything on your car until you have transmission checked, I think your transmission is going bad. Turned out Joe was correct I did have to get a new transmission. At this point I call Joe tell him what I am wanting looked at on both my cars and bingo every time he gets the job done.

I have recommended Big O Tires to multiple other friends and they have also received the same great fast service. I can give no higher recommendation that if you are having issues with your car than to give Big O Tires a call at the Legends. While I have bought tires from them (they have been great as well) they are more than just your big corporate tire shop who doesn’t care about anything except for your money. Give Big O a call and I bet you will have the same great experience that I have had over this past year.

Very reasonably priced, quick service & great customer service! Got my Audi in & out. A way better experience than other chain franchises, you can tell the owner cares about their customers.

Thanks to Big O Tires. Car had a flat tire coming through Kansas City from out of town after hours. Big O was able to talk to me first thing in the morning, fix us up with a new tire, and have us back on the road by 8:30am. Appreciate the quick service. Made a difficult situation easy.

During the last bad winter storm we had my windshield wiper broke off. I drove over to the Big O tire at the Legends at 8:30am and they repaired and replaced my wiper blades within 20 minutes. They were courteous and efficient. They made my day!

Took my car in without an appointment and it was ready in less than two hours! Can runs so smooth! Thanks Big O for the balance! You did an awesome job.

Joe and the team at Big O Tires did a great job taking care of us. They got us in right away, got us a quality set of tires at a fair price, and got us back on the road quickly.
The next time we need new tires, we will be returning to Big O Tires.

I use Joe at Big O for all my alignment jobs for my work. When I needed new tires for my personal vehicle he took very good care of me and I was able to get it back within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend using them!

Made an appointment to see what's the cause of my rear right tire causing floor vibration. I assumed I needed to rotate my tires and get them balanced. The issue was me needing to replace the back tires. Took about 30-40minutes. I was in and out.

Called early in the morning around 8:15am to get a price quote. The pricing was much cheaper than what the dealership charged. Arrived soon after the phone call. Two front tires and an alignment. I didn't have to wait long. Good customer service I recommend this location.

I was looking to replace a tire on my jeep. Apparently, it wasn't the standard tire, and to replace the tire would require a special order. This was the day the winter storms started coming in. They quoted the replacement I needed and when they thought it might be in since storms would likely slow it down as well as what the standard tire would slow it down. They were friendly and professional. As a female customer, I was treated with respect and not like I didn't have a clue. I would go back often and recommend to anyone.

Got right in on Saturday morning for two new rear tires. They were done in less than a couple hours. Travis was great to work with, highly recommended

Had a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires. Called BOT (where I bought the tires from) They were able to get me in, got me a new tire and beat of all. It was covered under my warranty. Always get the warranty cause you never know!!!

First in the door. Saw them on TV. Thought I give them a shot. Very polite staff. Seem to be well trained. Didn't take them long. And they did a lot of stuff to my Subaru. Very pleased. Will be back again.

The staff is knowledgeable, store and shop clean. Price was in my range. Did a oil change. They have a quality Control team member that ensures the job done right. You can make a waiting appointment online. Walk in and drop, enjoy the legends! Gerald is the quality Control person. Never missed a day.
