Kind, courteous, and no shame. I had a veneer come off and had a wedding to attend in a month. Dr. Abe was able to reattach the veneer long enough to get through the wedding. She also laid out my longer term options. She and her assistant were gentle, thorough and not in a rush. Highly recommend.

I’ve moved around a lot in my life, been to a LOT of dentist offices, and this has by far been the best experience. From the front office to the back, they are kind, transparent, and do amazing work. I was originally at a different office in town, but wasn’t impressed where I was at. So when I had a dental emergency, I took my friend’s advice and gave Healthy Smiles a call. As a new patient, they got me in ASAP, and did the treatment same day. Before doing that, they walked me through the cost, and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. I then followed up to do a new patient appointment, where they gave me a complete treatment plan, and projected costs. I trust Dr. Elizabeth Abe’s work and professionalism, and value her bedside manner so much. She has done 2 fillings for me, both were the easiest numbing shot I’ve had in my life, and her attention to detail to make sure there were no sharp or raised edges was amazing. Some dentists just see you as a set of teeth, Healthy Smiles will treat you like a person, and not make you self conscious of your teeth no matter where you are with your dental journey.

They give excellent care. This is the best dentist office I have been to. Also, the facility is clean, neat, and professional. All of the staff are so friendly. I come here even when I’m not in network because I trust their work. My smile looks great because of Columbia Healthy Smiles.

Wonderful experience at Healthy Smiles! The hygienist, Cybil, was attentive, gentle, and compassionate and explained thoroughly everything while she worked on my teeth. Dr Abe was very friendly and made sure to answer all my questions. It was my first visit, but I am happy to continue at this practice!

Best dentist office I’ve ever been too. I could really tell my comfort was a top priority for them, and they were very sensitive to my needs. Super kind and friendly staff. Overall a very pleasant experience and that’s saying a lot because I’m not usually fond of visiting the dentist.

Was very kind! They took time making sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my cleaning. During my cleaning I felt like the dental hygienist took her time making sure not to rush! The dentist had a lot of knowledge, and also took her time to get to know more about me to build a good rapport. I enjoyed all the recommendations that they had provided.

They made my son’s (1 year old) first experience at the dentist great! Also had helpful tips on how to keep his teeth healthy and great advice on how I could change his routine to better his dental health moving forward. Looking forward to my own experience later!

They were extremely thorough at my initial consultation and took the time to explain findings and treatments. They got me back in 3 days to fill a couple cavities and it was painless during and after. Could not recommend them more!

This was my kids' first visit to this dentist office so I was a bit nervous but everyone we had contact with was super helpful and kind and all the kids did great! :) They were allowed to see and touch the tools that would be used and the staff was so patient with them...it made my mama heart melt a little. Thumbs way way up for Columbia Heathy Smiles! :)

Dr Abe pulled a wisdom tooth for me yesterday that had a big cavity. The extraction was painless, as was my mouth even after the local wore off. She and her staff are top notch professionally! If your looking for a dentist with a soft touch I highly recommend the folks at Healthy Smiles! 😁👍

This was my first visit to Columbia Healthy Smiles. Dr. Batson had been highly recommended by a close friend. I was not disappointed! Sarah was my hygienist and she did an excellent job. She was very thorough and explained exactly what she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was kind and knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost professionalism. I met Dr. Batson and he examined my teeth and gave me his suggestions to keep my teeth in top condition. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Batson, Sarah, and Columbia Healthy Smiles.

Love the staff and both Dr Abe and Dr Batson. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. They’ve gotten me in when in pain and needed to be seen quickly. Both Drs are very caring, knowledgeable and skilled. Hygienist are very efficient and have a way of making you comfortable. Highly recommend them! So glad I found them!!

I reached on time for my appointment and did not have to wait. Analysis was detailed and they shared all the x-ray and pictures taken in detail. Cleaning was painless and perfect. Overall, it was my best dental experience ever. I highly recommend this place for routine dental care.

First, I would like to say I appreciate the very kind and caring office staff. Customer service is a challenging occupation, and the patient care coordinators are very welcoming and helpful.

I decided to try Columbia Healthy Smiles after having a horrible and painful dental experience. I avoided dental care for years and had severe anxiety about going back. My elderly father recommended this care team, so I decided to schedule a visit.

Everything was way beyond my expectations. It made my anxiety melt away as I knew I was in good hands. And wow! What a gentle and thorough cleaning! I had a much-needed crown scheduled, as well, and it was done in one day with ease. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed through my appointment! I even decided to schedule my daughter for her first dental appointment at 3yrs old (something I was also dreading).

The whole dental care team is excellent to say the least. Professional and respectful! My daughter had a great experience at her appointment and couldn't stop talking about it. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I am actually excited for our next appointments.

I recently moved to Columbia in retirement. Columbia Healthy Smiles has been my dental care provider for several now. They are an outstanding dental care provider. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I recently had some rather involved dental work completed. It was expertly done. I'm very happy with the result. Highly recommended!
