Outstanding service. They know me by name and are always so friendly and compassionate. When I needed a certain medication it was not available at other pharmacies but it was stocked at this pharmacy, that's how I became a customer and I've never been disappointed.

Absolute worst customer service I have dealt with lately. I have used Heritage Pharmacy my whole life and as of recent will never go back.

On 4/4/23 I submitted an online prescription refill request. In the past I have had issues with my prescription not being mailed because I was told the "checked box is so small" when they get the request. So I started typing "please mail prescription" in the box with the Rx #.

4/12/23 When I got home I noticed I have not received my prescription yet

4/13/23 Called at 8:35am CST, no answer, left a voicemail and asked for update on prescription and please send if it has not been sent.

4/14/23 Did not receive call back. Called again at 4:23pm CST and spoke with a female rep. She stated that my prescription was still at the pharmacy and that to mail it wouldn't go out until Monday. I first told her I would come get it. I called back a moment later and asked to her to send out on Monday as I realized I wouldn't be able to pick up. She stated she would mail it out Monday 4/17.

4/19/23 Come home from work, still no prescription. I decide to call again just to check and make sure it was mailed. She said it was still sitting there. I informed her that was supposed to go out Monday. She apologized and said it would not go out tomorrow, 4/20. I chose to end the conversation after this and decided I would file a complaint. Sent message stating all of the above.

4/21/23 Still no prescription, called and left yet another message.

It is now 4/22/23, I still have no prescription, not one person has called me back or reached out to me after 2 voicemails and sending an email. I have never posted a complaint online, but maybe now they will finally see my frustrations.

My advice? If you want a prescription mailed, go somewhere else.

As professionals, they should realize that the lack of communication and attention to detail when reviewing requests is absolutely ridiculous. I have endured over a week without my medication, when I requested it over 2 1/2 weeks ago. Someone needs to reach out and make this right.
