Store is well-lit, clean and has tons of associates ready to help. You don't go to Target to get what you need, you got to Target and Target tells you what you need. Bismarck Target is the best!

I was at the Target store this week. As always we ran into our favorite employees, Brenda and Joe! They are always so helpful. Brenda always has a huge smile and is ready to serve. Joe is so resourceful and always humble and willing to help. They make such a difference and make our trip better every time we see them! We also love Darrell! Love getting to know our local Target employees! Thank you for all that you do! It is noticed and appreciated.

Enjoy shopping there, they tend to have most everything a person might need. Surprised my target card didn't work, come to realize it had expired 2 months ago. Guess they don't send out renewals without asking.

Yesterday I was at Target and forgot an item at the checkout. I lugged my kids all the way through the mall and back to the car before I realized this. I called Target's customer service and they agreed without argument to bring the item out to me at an online pickup spot (so I wouldn't have to unload the kids from car seats just to run in for 30 seconds). It was very nice of them to do this, very appreciated!

The Target online ordering process and drive up services are always reliable. So convenient, very organized and efficient. This is my favorite way to get my shopping done.

I had actually been shopping at a different store and found the item I was looking for on the Target website for half the price. I ordered the item online for pick up because I was only a block away from my local Target.

I shopped in the store for a bit before going to customer service. There was a long line but I was quickly greeted by an employee who politely categorized everyone in the line based on whether they were returning items or picking them up. I got instant service being a pick-up order instead of a return, but unfortunately my pick up still wasn’t ready.

I offered to simply grab the item myself in the aisle, as I had been looking at it in person while waiting. The gentleman let me know that I could get the item and simply bring it to any of the cashiers in order to check out, and that I would just need to cancel my online order but the price match would remain in effect.

Overall, it would have been a very complicated and difficult experience based on how busy the store was, but the employees were able to get me taken care of quickly and with the best deal that I have been hoping for. I am very impressed!
