The Fidelity team is so incredibly sweet! We brought our son with us to closing and assumed he’d just have to sit in the room with us. They treated him like a complete king and had snacks and coloring ready for him. He loved every second.
They also got us in and out for closing extremely fast and were thorough and professional!

Fidelity is a great title company. Fast, friendly service. My clients have said nothing but great things every time we close here. Highly recommend

My experience with fidelity was a nightmare. Check to my credit card company was written wrong TWICE… they acted like it was something I would have to fix. Amanda was very unprofessional about it. It cost me late payment fees and a ding to my credit. She told me the second time she had overnighted the check, which was not the case. On top of that, payment due date for mortgage was set out 2 months by the loan company and she put the wrong date. Loan officer said you can’t even make a payment because we don’t even have your account set up yet. So I’ll have to make my first payment late due to their not even being an account to make the payment to. She was slow through the entire process and didn’t have a care in the world that this was affecting me and my credit score. I had to spend hours tracking down my money and will have to endure late payments being reported to the credit bureau. Before this incident I had zero late payment reports. Will never use this title company again. Highly don’t recommend.

Construction department has made several mistakes, check amount was written wrong, had to write a different draw for the difference in amount, they have mailed two checks that were suppose to be for pick up. When speaking with Bob the manager about the mailing issues he responded with "let me know if it happens again, mistakes happen". and because nothing was said about the other mistakes, the manager implied that there was nothing he could do. Very unprofessional. will not be using them for our mortgage.

We have used Fidelity in the past and were treated well. However, last Friday we closed with them again, and I have never experienced a professional act so condescending. I asked a question about the closing process and Wayne was so rude I would have walked out if I didn’t need the house closed. I will be closing another house soon and will not use Fidelity.

Was lied to about details in regards to the sale price of the house by Alexis, who apparently is just the receptionist. She withheld information from me on behalf of my husband. Very unprofessional and shady. BEWARE!
