I took my Jeep in due to first gear occasionally popping out of gear. They were unable to get it to pop out of gear. I ask them if they minded taking out again bank with a longer drive and when they couldn’t get it to pop out advised me to wait until it was happening more frequently. They could have taken me to the bank and I would have been none the wiser. Instead they were honest and accommodating. I also had my tires changed and alignment done. My tires had been discontinued and Tim helped me find the best price for the type of tire I was looking for within my budget. Tim was friendly professional an a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend their service. I’ll definitely be using them for everything I need done in the future.

Our alternator went out while on vacation, we were able to coast into their parking lot and get a battery charge and diagnosis. Tim was extremely helpful and kind! They got us up and going again. Cody and John were also beneficial about telling us where to go in the area. I strongly recommend going to this shop for ANY car needs, you will not be disappointed.

We were stuck by the side of the road and it was just dumb luck that we were towed to this garage. We were from out of town and they really could have soaked us. Instead they fixed the problem for way less than we would have been charged at home and they were really nice about everything. I strongly recommend them. If I lived in the area they’d be my regular garage.

Tim and his team were professional and friendly. They got me in the same day when other places were saying it would be two weeks. They took the time to figure out the cause of my engine problems, walked me through the repairs, showed me the faulty part they were replacing and looked for ways to bring the cost down where other places try to do anything to get more money from you.

I had a very extensive amount of work done on my jeep and it was by far not an easy fix. They were extremely fairly priced and did really good work. Constantly checking in with me and updating me on the progress. Any time there was an obstacle they were punctual and communicated very well. By far the best mechanic I've had experience with at the lake. Very down to earth as well.

Literally, the best shop I have ever trusted my vehicle at. They went out of their way to not only fix my exhaust leak but fixed other things that were wrong with my vehicle like wiring, replacing lights, filling my oil and fluids, and overall just a wonderful fast experience very professional. Water pump went out in my son's jeep. Which made us a 1 car family for 2 jobs and school. Fun times. But Tim and. John fixed it up super fast and put us back on the road. They did a great job.

It’s been a couple months since my ‘01 Taurus was towed into C. A. R. S. , and it’s running great! Tim went through all the problems, diagnosing each—in one case, it wasn’t the part but a connection, saving me money & fixing my old car up. It runs great, & I could drive cross country without any worries.

During vacation, our car ran into transmission issues. Tim was very quick to diagnose our issue and work with us to get it fixed. We were in a tight spot with the situation but the CARS crew really came through for us.

Friday morning, of holiday weekend, alternator goes out, CARS had my van in the shop and back on the road by that same day, fast, professional and courteous. They even did a follow-up call to make sure everything was working well. They will be my go to shop for auto repair from now on!
