I love this store!! James and David are my favorite workers that work at this location. They are always super nice and go out of their way to make sure we are good! Couldn’t ask for better guys to shop with! Would highly recommend Lowe’s over home depot any day!!

I just left Lowe’s in Osage Beach Mo. I have been there several times in the past & I never can get very good help with my needs, but this time was different. I bought a soft water system & a floor associate named Ron helped me. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, & professional. It is so nice to find a young man today that takes his job & responsibilities so seriously. This young man should be the manager in my eyes.

Except for one very Grumpy lady, the staff was amazing when I showed up to pick up a water heater that was already paid for. I arrived 2 minutes before closing and they stayed and got my order together and helped me load it. I'm a big fan of Lowes already, but the level of service that night was top notch. ( Except for "Grumpy Greta".) I can't remember any names except Reagens, (who was very sweet by the way), but it was the closing shift on May 29th. Kudos to them, they should all be looked at for raises, promotions, etc.

We have been remodeling and no matter if I go to the Lowe’s at Rolla, Jefferson City or Lake of the Ozarks, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you!!

Always a great place discounts on me where the sheetrock and damage comes in handy. Especially when people can't afford it like that the store to replace the shop at always have what you need

Bought a John Deere riding mower and the whole process was smooth from Start to delivery. I even got the mower off the showroom floor that I requested. Great experience.

While it is not our favorite home improvement store in osage it is our favorite place to buy appliances. They have good prices for quality products. We sometimes buy plumbing supplies here as well. Take advantage of their military discount if you can its a nice discount to get. We also bought a mower and saw from here and occasionally flooring.

We got the help we needed and was able to get what we want to purchase!

Kudos to Eric in plumbing!!! Eric took the time to explain the differences between the water softeners that Lowe's sells. He also explained how to install it, what type of salt to use and recommended a whole house sediment filter to be installed prior to the water softener. It is hard to find customer service anymore but Eric went above and beyond. Well done.

Lowes has just about everything you need in products for new construction or remodels. Garden Center is top notch. Also have Contractor and Military discounts.

Has tons of item's. I did have a problem when I bought a DeWalt 1-1/2" 20v doe grinder. Got it home, opened the box to find the wrong tool. But they gave me a full cash refund today

Shelby in the paints department was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision with type of paint.

Been a very loyal customer, 2 house remodels in AZ and starting a 3rd in Osage Beach. This store needs help! Shop at own risk and don't get anything delivered!

Lowe’s in Osage Beach has the most friendly and helpful crew. Marsha helped me try to find a rug that I saw in the store a few days earlier and was showing in inventory online. She didn’t find it but tried on three occasions and called me back twice in the course of her very busy day to help. Another gentleman was above and beyond friendly helping me find something and even when he was off the clock checked on me on his way out the door. Thank you Lowe’s for your incredible team. It’s nice to see so many smiles during the dog days of summer.
