Big Surf Waterpark

This place has everything that a big park has, except it's compact. Easy to find your family close by. You don't have to wait an hour in line for the same thrill.

Season pass holder This place was awesome this summer ! Keep my children busy ! The staff is great and take really good care of the kids making sure they are safe

We loved the wave pool, lazy river and slides. It was a great time. Food was way over priced and took 25 mins to order and at least that to get our food. But next time I will just be prepared.

Great place to relax and cool off with the family. There's something for everyone. There are cabanas to rent, but plenty of free patio sets with umbrellas and benches under trees to get out of of sun for a few. They also have a small playground, lockers, and a snack shack. Tubes and life jackets are free, there's plenty of lifeguards on duty. I enjoyed the lazy river, small and large slides, and the Lilly pads. Looking forward to our next trip.

Arrived just afternoon opening. Parking and entry was easy. Plenty of places to sit or lounge. The water was a good temp and the slides were a blast. Took the time to relax in the lazy river for a bit. Food and drinks are available on site. And of course you can hang out in the wave pool if like. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of life guards on staff. Family friendly and a great way to spend the day.

I'm a local, I find this park to be lovely there slides are fast and fun , there wave pool is very nice, I've been to bigger parks but they just aren't the same the waves here are just better and seem more realistic. I'm still giving it 5 stars but the lazy river is ok this is probably where the park lacks the most and they probably have reasons they do it but it more like the boring river then lazy. This is a place where you can go in July and not have to worry about finding a seat or a lounge chair. The staff is nice and will help you when you need it, if I was to complain about anything $20 for a small bottle of sun screen just stops people from buying sunscreen. I would highly recommend this park it was fun and at the time 1/2 off if you return with a receipt so you can't complain about that.

My kids loved it, we all had a really good time! Would advise to eat B4 or after you go, if you have a big family. Other than that it was a good time

First visit to Big Surf. We purchased the Ultimate Birthday Bash. Everyone had a blast. The manager and staff were great. The pizza, cupcakes, and ice cream were all very good. I would definitely recommend Big Surf and we will be going again!

Can be considered small compared to other water parks but it was a lot of fun and so much more enjoyable! My family loved the wave pool with its deep water and large waves as well as the lazy river.

Went on a sunny Friday and it got pretty crowded. I prefer Monday-Wednesday crowds-- much less wait time. If you're local, the season passes are definitely worth it.

Great place to spend the afternoon. There were 5 grandkids age 15-12 and 4 adults in our group. The water park was clean, staff polite, something for all ages equipment in good condition. We will return next year.

So, I'm comparing this to our usual water park, Kings Island. It is not nearly as big, but I think that may be a good thing! It wasn't terribly crowded. The rides they did have were fun. The wave pool was longer, and with bigger waves, than Kings Island. Kings Island has an issue with very rude people, but I found that not to be the case at all here. Overall my family and I had a lot of fun.

I haven't been to the water park since I was a kid and now enjoying the park experience with my daughter. We all had a great time and will be back.

Entry price has gone up BUT keep your receipt in 2023 and return for half price.
Today, 83 overcast, no one was there. Alittle short staffed, rapids tube ride cut short but still had wave pool, lazy river to ourselves.
It was great, definitely will be back

A little pedal broke off the toddler water toy and they fixed it right away! People were always asking if I needed anything! Someone was always around picking up any wrappers left behind!

Great place to bring the kids under 13. Tons of fun for family. Bought season passes and are well worth it once you use it 3 times.

We went on a Wednesday at 3 pm. The lines were wonderfully short, five minutes top. The park was exceptionally clean. Staff were helpful, courteous and unobtrusive! My favorite part was that the park has an area for families to bring a picnic just outside the entrance, which helps defray cost! ❤😊
