I placed my order at this Starbucks by accident because it is typically where I go. I meant to place it for a different location and I noticed seconds after placing the order so I tried calling to them multiple and their phone is consistently busy.

Love the fall time. My favorite coffee is here pumpkin spice. But don't get me wrong I love vanilla bean also.

Employees alittle slow. But starbucks is the best coffee

I have been frequenting this Starbucks for nearly a year now and even though it is quite a popular location during the lunch time rush, I do not mind waiting in the drive-thru for the lengthy duration because every single time that I've gotten up to the window I am always greeted with the kindest person I encounter that day. They are not just the basic "here's your goods, have a great day". They are genuine and even though they are probably stressed with the heavy workload, you would never know it from the way that they treat you. The hiring manager is doing a wonderful job at collecting the kind hearts that work there.

The employees here make this store phenomenal. They are all great, but Brandon is always so kind, quick, and makes a point to ask about your day. I know this has been a really hard year, especially for people in the service industry, and I’m just so thankful for the people here who have worked to make the world a little more bearable.

My wife and I love this place! Especially my wife! She orders drinks in there on a daily and I do at least a few times a week. The staff there is very helpful organized everything is a timely fashion considering they're usually very busy so you might have to wait a little bit in a line but very rarely does anything come out wrong and if it does they fix it immediately. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even when they are shorthanded the staff here are very kind. I don't mind the extra wait times when I know that the team is working hard. They aren't the fastest, but they are as efficient as they can be with the amount of people going through from day to day. I will continue coming to this location.

Great staff. Friendly and hard working. Be aware, wait times on Saturday are going to be longer than expected due to the massive influx of tourists! But this staff keeps working as fast as they can and with smiles.

Great experience. I messed up my order, and they were awesome enough to take responsibility for my mess up. Offered GREAT service, and really stuck to giving me a great customer experience. Wish I could remember the young lady's name who help me or I would give her a shout-out. Great job... Keep up the great work.

Great customer service! A younger woman who works there is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She was really positive in the drive-thru and when we were at the window. I’m not sure of her name but she was an angel. Thanks for the great service, girl!

The Starbucks was clean, staffed well! It was 6pm on Friday night , may 3rd my husband and I went to get iced coffee. The sweet girl who cashed us out at the register moved here in April. And the shift working was kind and patient! It was a great 1.5 hours away from the hotel, as we were celebrating our 29th anniversary!!!! Thanks for the kindness and smiles, not to mention great iced coffee and espresso!!!!! This was by far the best experience in this store!!!!!

All six of us had perfect drinks at the perfect temperatures. Though they were out of some food items we wanted. So, we chose some other things like cake pops and they were fine. Neat and clean despite being consistently busy.

This place literally has some of the best staff I've ever been served by. I literally feel like it's cheers because every time I come they know my name they know my order couldn't have asked for a better coffee shop at the lake hands down
