Ross Dress for Less

Usually hit Marshall's worn down here at Osage next door is Ross and they usually have some good items and some good deals too. Very nice store with a wide selection of clothing and other random goods. Prices were reaso able as well and some really good deals there. Clothes are well organized and easy to find certain styles of clothing. Offers a wide variety of sizes in all clothes.

They have nice things for great prices. Very clean store and great customer service.

Better selection than most other stores in the area. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I visited this Ross looking for a pair of all black shoes. I was in town for a conference and I wanted something inexpensive, but comfortable. I found a nice pair of FILA tennis shoes that were $28! I’m becoming a tennis shoe person as I get older, and I believe I found a good deal. I saw a couple of other things that made me think I’ve been missing out, and maybe I need to visit the one in my city more often. Staff was pretty friendly.

I try not to go in there. My wife loves it in there. I usually stay in the car. So my experience is from that stand point. I got a good parking spot. The lot was clean. It wasn't real busy and no one knocked on my window asking for money. All in all it was a good visit.

I just love the store I got a beautiful dress for $13 couldn't believe it.

Nice people, allowed a return that I didn't have the receipt for, but they were understanding. Decent options. Clean store.

They have a good selection and it's got better than when I went .. Some of the styles are not the best ....They look so sloppy and saggy who wants to even wear such stuff... Because the crowd likes it ..it's not tht s the best I have been in other stores such as JC Penney and others they don't have this it's not even appealing to want to wear..so this needs to let your Managers know that.. So by this your losing customers...I think there needs to be more of an upgrade of shoes and clothes to improve your business.. Thank You...

Got the cutest pair of blingy fish pictures for the bathroom. I love them! Ross always has a great selection of home decor at reasonable prices. They constantly get in new items so we go there often!

Love this place fined bargains. Today bought 2 tops love them and cheep prices love the clearances in their Store . Love Osage Beach. Mo store over the rest polite employees always willing to help if your looking for something or just asking questions. Thank you Karen James

Fast friendly great finds

I shopped here when it first opened years ago and wasn’t impressed. Since then, friends have swore by this place. I finally gave it another shot and have been back three more times. Prices are spot on, selection is great and ever changing, and staff is friendly.
I usually go next door for my decor but found blankets at Ross for half the price of what I usually pay next door!!! I’m sold!

I always have a good experience at this store the stuff is friendly the stock is well kept and the prices are incredibly reasonable.

Good store with a great selection. While they womt have everything for everyone, if you arent super picky they have some pretty good deals.

Cleanest and friendliest department store I've ever been in. All items were well organized on the shelf and clothing was not a mess. Staff spoke friendly words the entire time we were there and consistently straightened items on shelves.

I live in ST. Robert,MO and I have to drive a little ways to come Visit Ross at the Osage Beach Location. I love how I can always find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. I usually enjoy the employees, which for the most part are always full of smiles and very courteous. This evening I did not get that from the lady at the cash register. She greeted and spoke with the gentleman in front of me and smiled at him, she asked him if he found everything he needed, and told him thank you for shopping at Ross. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same treatment as i approached her counter i smiled and said hello, she greeted me with a dry hello, then asked if i was paying in cash or credit then handed me my receipt and bag. She did not once smile or look at me. As i walked away her whole entire demeanor changed when the couple behind me approached her counter, and she greeted them with a warm hello and proceeded to ask how their evening was. I don't try to make anything about race. But considering the fact my skin was non white she indeed treated me differently from the other customers. I've never had an issue like this here before and I would hope that it doesn't happen again.

I like the store IT was a great store

I go in Ross often with my Wife and your employee Savannah is very helpful goes out of her way ! Always as a smile on her face just shows us that she loves her Job and isn't just there for the money . Since the store has opened it looks good keep it up some empty spots but that's to be expected.
