So this will be my second time using Legal Land Title. Yes they like to work through their digital website, But they are no strangers to accepting calls when you like human interaction in business. For instance Ashley English is an Amazing Office Admin. She gets the job done, and has great and fast customer service. My clients are amazed to the fast info I can get from Legal Land and straight back to my client. Stacy Strawn is a very awesome closer and title agent. Hope to have a great closing the second time around here soon. Don't forget, Legal Land Title has a Springfield and Ozark office.

Tiff is amazing to work with on closings. Her communication during the process is outstanding and she makes everything go so smooth. Lisa handles all the construction disbursements in a quick and efficient manner. The whole office welcomes you when you walk in and makes you feel like part of their family. Plus Winston, their office mascot, is so adorable! Great place to work with on closings.

We closed with Legal Land Title in 2020 and the entire process was worry free. They were available to answer any questions and if they didn't know the answer they always helped us find the answer (even if it wasn't their responsibility). At the actual closing table you could feel their excitement for us closing on our house and again explained and answered everything we needed.
