Doug and his team impressed from the initial consultation! They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They painted two interior doors and my kitchen island. Five Star Painting just finished painting all our ceilings, trim, most of our interior walls and our 1990's era honey oak cabinets and bookcases. I feel like I have a new house! Their work is excellent, as is their service. Each day they left our home as clean as possible during this process. I highly recommend their work and their ethics.

I should have written this review a year and a half ago! Doug and his team painted about 2000 sq ft for us - including high vaulted ceilings and challenges in every room. His crew is prompt, clean, quiet and respectful. They did EXCELLENT work with zero flaws and its holding up beautifully. (hand painted, no spray)

Doug was great to work with when we wanted to have several rooms in our house painted. Doug scheduled a time to meet with us and was on time, which is rare now a days. The price we were quoted was reasonable for the rooms we were wanting painted and the materials. The job was completed within a week of the estimate and it looks great. Carlos and his crew that did the painting were friendly, hard-working, worked quickly (job was done in 2 days time) and did a fantastic job. I had an awesome experience with 5 Star Painting. Starting with Doug and the crew he set me up with, Carl and Thomas. Doug made sure everything was organized and ready to go on the start date. During the time, he made several appearances and checked on the progress and always asked how everything was going. I had a few things I wanted to change, or add, and he made sure all my requests were met. Top notch customer service! Carl and Thomas were both amazing, courteous, and always kept me in the know as to the progress and expectations. They both were very meticulous and organized. Their knowledge to detail was incredible. I enjoyed visiting with them when they arrived and when they left for the day. They pained the entire interior and when they were finished, the house looked amazing. I honestly have no complaints. They did an incredible job. I would highly recommend these two guys for your paint work. They do an outstanding job and I have to mention their prep work before painting is very thorough. So, 5 stars for 5 Star Painting! Gave us addresses to look at to compare what color we were wanting and to look at the quality of the jobs that had been performed in the last year or so to see how the paint held up over time. We truly loved working with Doug and his professional crew. They pressure washed and painted the entire exterior of our house in less than 4 days. Doug even came by the following weekend to do a walk around with us where we all noted a few spots that needed touch ups and he had those fixed by Monday afternoon. The house looks beautiful and if you happen to have Ronal you will be most pleased with the extra attention he provides to detail when smoothing out rough exterior edges and trim. Randomly found this listing on the internet and after reading credentials and reviews called for an estimate. Heard back within minutes scheduling for an appointment and quote. Within a few days, Doug, the owner came over and was the most professional, personable service person we have experienced in years. The crew totally prepped the surface, filled any imperfections, and impeccably painted 2 coats on the house, removed all their equipment. The crew was amiable and showed up for work everyday until job completed. We are now scheduled to have them paint the inside of the house...ceilings, walls and cabinets. We have not experienced service and workmanship like this in years. You won't be disappointed!!!

My wife and I are adding to the initial review for exterior painting. Buzz and his team returned and painted most of the interior of our home to include all of the ceilings, all of our cabinets, two doors and all but three main rooms. We did have old water stains on the ceilings, which were completely covered up. The old hardware on all the cabinets was replaced with new hardware, and was completed by the team. We felt comfortable providing Buzz with a key to our home, and we stayed in Springfield during the work. The trim work and cut ins were very well done, and all the furniture and flooring was covered. The team moved all the furniture that needed to be moved and placed it back after the job. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and quality of products used. There was a tiny bit of dust left after the repair to old nail holes and other problems with the walls, which hadn't been painted for a number of years. They were like new after the job was completed, Both Buzz and Doug were very accommodating and We would definitely recommend 5 Star Painting.
