Ashley Store

My husband and I had a GREAT experience at the Ashley Store. We were "just looking" when we went in and Billy greeted us. We knew we were not ready to have something delivered but found exactly what we wanted at the right price and found out they would deliver about a month later when we were ready. And no charge on our credit card until delivery! There was NO hard sell, just a friendly talk about what we were looking for and Billy directed us to the part of the store where we could explore the options. He let us wander and then showed us the exact chair we wanted/needed. This is our second purchase from Ashley (a love seat 2 years ago) and this will be the only store we visit when we need furniture. We know they have great advertised sales and had not seen one lately, but got 20% off, even though there had been no announced sale. Normally we don't buy the warranty but if you don't use it by the time it is up, you get what you paid for it in a store credit. How fair is that???

Found a couch that was on sale for $700 that was comfortable and the wife approved of. That alone would have been worth the trip. What surprised me was how thoughtful the salesman was. He told my wife and I that he was going to be close by if there were any questions but he wasn’t going to bother us. He was always close enough for me to flag down but never bothered us or tried to sell me anything. He treated us like people and not just customers. Nobody likes a pushy sales person. He just rang me up and answered my questions about the warranty and where to pick up the couch I purchased. A wonderful experience. I will be shopping here again.

Sales person Kristin Mitchell was wonderful! She listened to what we wanted and what we had to work with and made it happen! We walked out buying a bedroom suit! We brought our 2 youngest kids and she was amazing with them! Our kids are shy and they took right to her and even hugged her as we left!! Great, professional, happy, understanding, very family-friendly and worked with us and we are happy! She has definitely made us return customers and I recommend that if you want new furniture, go to Ashley 's in Springfield in Independence St and ask for Kristin! You will be absolutely happy you did!

Came in today looking for a sectional. Greg greeted us and told us to let him know if we had any questions. After looking and sitting in almost every sectional we asked Greg about the one we loved! He gave us some numbers to consider and my wife and I discussed over lunch. We came back with a price match and Greg honored it. We have our new couch coming soon! Thank you Greg and Ashley Furniture for the excellent experience!

Everyone at Ashley Furniture was helpful. Jake K., Bailey and the Sales Manager. Showed us all of our options and made us feel we where educated on all the choices. Then the sales manager went out of his way to provide us with the best price. He spent a lot of time helping us find an affordable option. When we were doing paperwork, he offered us bottled water just to round out the wonderful experience. I will continue to Shop at this store for my Furniture needs. An Amazing experience!

The staff were so friendly and made us all feel welcome. They had a good selection of affordable recliners and we had two delivered. Their delivery men were also nice and understanding of my son who was extra excited to see the Ashley logo on their shirts and the big truck. Such a great experience.

We are very happy with the patience and knowledge of the staff. They have a variety of options and financing. My only issue was that we did not receive a time line or rough estimate of when our couches would be delivered, just that we will receive a text the day before delivery. I will be using them for my future purchases.

I walked in and met Greg. He was very pleasant and friendly. He assisted me in finding the perfect sofa, chair, ottoman, side table, rug and tv stand with a fireplace insert. I would recommend Greg and Ashley’s to anyone looking for the perfect buying experience.

I was kindly and respectfully greeted at the door by Leah. I appreciate that, because I had recently walked through another store a couple doors down, and I wasn't acknowledged by them at all!!! Fortunately, their stupidity was a win-win for me and Ashley Furniture! I scored a great sale deal from the kind and customer focused Leah, and Ashley made a rocking sale that will result in follow-up sales. Thank you Ashley Furniture, and special thanks to Leah!

Jamey was beyond fantastic! We walked in was able to look around and feel the place out before being approached which was nice. Usually you walk in and someone is racing towards you. We talked, he got to know us, I was very specific on what I wanted and he took me to the correct section of the store where my family found the perfect sofa and love seat! As we were doing paperwork and sitting together, I said this is beyond perfect and my house will look amazing because of Jamey and my husband good choices! Thank you!

I’m impressed!!! The customer service is amazing. I bought the sofas from Ashley and happened to change the items and Matthew Ve was very helpful and patient, thank you! Keep up the good work :) so excited for the new sofa that will be delivered in about 2 weeks will see how the delivery part goes and I’ll leave the review again.

I had the pleasure of working with Cole. I appreciated his professionalism and that he wasn’t pushy. I let him know I didn’t need a lot of assistance and he gave me my space. He also showed me the value and importance of adding the protection to my purchase which I never do. Thanks for making this transaction so easy!

Make sure you for Aaron Parfitt. He made sure we were taken care of was very informative patient with the wife’s decision-making. Great guy best experience I’ve ever had buying furniture.

Our salesperson was Gregory Kraatz. We couldn't have had a better person to help us. We were so happy when we left. Ask for Greg when you shop there, you won't be sorry!

We recently bought a power reclining sofa from Ashley. It was a much better furniture buying experience than any other place we went to. The sales people were helpful, but not pushy, and they really worked hard to find just the right sofa for us. Jamey, the sales guy we dealt with at the Springfield MO Independence St location was super nice, and put so much effort in to making sure we were happy. He did a great job answering all of our TONS of questions. We took up a lot of his time, but he never rushed us or acted bothered. Overall, it was a great experience.

When you walk in just ask for Louis. This guy still know what "customer bliss" is! Such a refreshing experience compared to so many brick & mortar businesses these days. Louis was an excellent salesman and I will return!!

Zac at Ashley Furniture was great. When we walked in President’s Day weekend, I’m sure it was obvious we were just looking. But Zac was so patient and gave us all the information we needed. We had randomly found an amazing deal on a great couch. Get the protection package if you can. We’ve used it multiple times.

We went in not looking to buy and after speaking to Jaedon, he helped us pick the perfect couch. We were met with nothing less than the best customer service and hospitality. Thank you to Ashley for helping us find the best furniture. We recommend Ashley to anyone in the market for furniture
