Good experience. It was the first trip out for our dog as well. It went well. The service was good! They had the dog food brand we wanted. Also had a cool puppy treat and display.

I go here frequently for food for our bearded dragon. They've always been friendly, helpful, and professional.

They have everything you can imagine for pets ! Helpful and will order something if it's out !

This place is excellent! The staff though mostly a young crew has amazing knowledge and are very helpful in choosing new products and my many questions about caring for a friend's bearded dragon while they were out of town. It's quick and easy in and out with better prices than the big stores in town.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to help an old lady out with carrying my large dog and cat food bags to my car. The only time I've seen this store "junkie" as one person put it is when they were restocking and there will be some disarray with that ...thats to be expected. However, i would prefer staff to stop and assist me or at least ask me (which they do) if i need help vs cont to stock and ignore me which happens at other stores. I never have to hunt someone down. Great store-great staff!!

Amazing pet supply store offering a pet wash! Bring your pet and they supply towels and tools and shampoo if you need it! Very helpful staff and a great array of offerings.

We stopped In the other night right before closing desperate to find supplies for 2 geckos that were just GIVEN🤦‍♀ to my daughter.
The staff was AWESOME! Neither the young man nor the young woman were irritated that we came in within 10 minutes of closing. They knew their stuff and were very helpful and friendly. We will be shopping there for all of our pets needs as opposed to the bigger stores from now on.

I went to exchange a product my husband bought by mistake. Although they did not have the exact product I was looking for, the manager allowed me to choose substitutions. I did not have a receipt. I have rarely had this level of customer service ( from the cashier to the manager). AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great location. They carry everything you may need for all your pets. Cane in for some crickets and worms for my bearded dragon and next visit well get some roaches! Thanks for all the help with suggestions on food and how often to feed.

Petsway has always had what I needed! I buy crickets there every week and they are wonderful. They are reasonably priced and they are wonderful to their animals.

I want to thank you for having a petsway right here, handy for me. The young people that work in there are very kind and very very helpful. I am an elderly woman with many challenges, and sometimes I don't walk so well so they will come out to the car, bring me my dog food, my change and they helped me tremendously on my bad days. They are really good young people we need many more just like them.
