Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of speaking to Max regarding an item that was returned to wrong size of my pioneer mixer.

I had some issues withy purchase not working correctly online, called and talk to them about my situation, they stepped in and fixed everything immediately. Got my stuff I ordered with no issues. I highly recommend this company, great customer service, no problem understanding them on the phone.

Customer service is fast responding to issues with your product. They gave you fast return shipping only problem is defective item. I had to pay for the shipping for them to receive it

Speaker box arrived damage and customer service was very responsive and helpful. I was able to send pictures directly to rep I was speaking with so they could verify replacement and document it. They inquired about the rest of the order to make sure nothing else was damaged as they are willing to replace it all . They are replacing the box and it only took a 10min phone call! (which arrived in only a couple of days)

Update (9/24) EVERYTHING WORKS & LOOKS GREAT!!! I highly suggest doing a big 3 upgrade with or without an install, as it made a noticeable impact on my vehicle.

I bought a replacement set of speakers for my husband's 2012 Toyota Tacoma and they did not physically fit into the placement of the old speakers. I ordered them from Amazon and found the company contact information in my order receipt. when I called I got help from their Employee named John. He was very helpful in finding me the adapter that would work for there speakers and our truck. he even gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would recommend there products and I appreciate there customer service.

There was a problem with the item I ordered, but they went above and beyond to make things right. Super-fast replies, very friendly and very helpful. In an age where Customer Service has become a thing of the past, their Customer Service is spectacular! :-)

I ordered a box and they were fast with order UPS must have thrown it down a run way and damaged the box I spoke to customer service and with ten min and a couple pictures they had the new one on the way!! Amazing customer service and products would highly recommend !

Had a slight problem with my order. They rectified the problem extremely fast. Was able to get the correct item with no problems at all. Great customer service great prices, great products. Will buy from them again.

Unfortunately the speakers I purchased from HiFi Sound Connection did not fit in the door panels of my car and had to return them. The costumer service is what I would like to rate with this review.I spoke with Max and he confirmed the fitment issue with my car and helped me with suggesting a speaker and mounting system to solve my unique needs for the door speakers in my car. So 5 stars for customer service and will recommend HiFi Sound Connection to all of my friends and family.

I didn't understand completely have to put the box underneath my seat of my truck and I called their customer service and Max went to full extent of even have me taking photos to walk me through it and sending me an additional lift kit to help secure to seat better customer service with this company is by far Superior than I've received in the past from other companies

Ordered a stereo wire kit and one wire was out of the harness. Called and left a message....no response back. Called again and Jesse answered. Very polite and after talking to him he is sending a replacement part. Next day he texted me with the tracking # and let me know he has taken care of my situation. Very nice of him to inform me about my part instead of just letting me wonder if they would help.

Ordered a dual 12 sub kit. One sub quit and second was not clear or clean. Called up and discussed issue with Max. Sending my two subs and Two new ones on the way. Max is amazing he even said when speakers come in to call him back and he will make sure everything is adjusted.

You would have thought I purchased a 10,000.00 part. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had….. Coming from someone who has been in the customer service business for more than three decades.,
