I don't shop here very much. The area is congested in how they stuck the store behind other businesses. However, the store is very nice, spacious, and clean. Nice selection of merchandise and some great "New Year" sales!

Saw Olivia on the salon for a facial and left with velvety skin. She did address my dry skin and helped with getting a new moisturizer for my combo skin. I had some problem areas around my nose with an excess of buildup and she got most of it out with a cool device. Highly recommend!

The young man that checked us out seemed genuinely interested in our shopping experience. Wow! Pleasantly surprised.

I just adore this store. They don't play obnoxious club music blasting all over the speakers. I hit gold a few months ago and bought all new panties for next to nothing and got a lot of good quality basic clothing necessities off their sale racks. Also found the most affordable and comfortable bed set. Every associate is so knowledgeable and friendly. I deliberately signed up for rewards because the associates are so amazing, the inventory is so well-stocked that I WANT to give this place more business.

Great. I love being able to order online and pick up curbside. It's better than driving to the store, searching for what I want only to find out they're sold out. This way I know they have it and it saves me time and money.

Love this store! Lots and lots of clothes for us big and tall men. Plenty of clothes for every size and shape. And the prices are reasonable, too. This is a well lit and very clean place to shop. If I lived there I'd be back. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, great sale with extra savings on the app. Was able to find many treasures for low prices. New go-to clothing store. They have been doing it right for awhile now.

If you need school clothes, go while there's an extra discount up to 50% off. I just bought, jeans, purse and a top for $40, with the discount! They will hand you a coupon if you didn't receive one in the mail.

It is a clean nice store. They had several good sales. We were ask by three different sales staff if they could help us. When we told them we were just looking they told us if we needed anything someone was available. When we went to checkout the clerk were very friendly and quickly did our transaction.

I went in looking for engagement ring and the staff n jewelry dept was so amazing with me. My finger is unusually small so was hard to find a ring for my size and literally had 3 people working so hard to find the ring I wanted in my size. The manager was on phone with other stores and got it in alot sooner than expected. One of the ladies worked over her shift and they were all more than patient with me and all worked at getting me the best possible price! So friendly and the store was clean and had alof of nice merchandise!

I had never been in this location, but wanted to do a makeover for my daughter's twelfth birthday, and get her started on some high quality makeup. Antoinette helped us. She did a 15 minute FREE color analysis, put moisturizer, primer, blush, and lip stain on, and made my daughter feel beautiful, while not making her uncomfortable. Antoinette was very personable, and did not pressure me to buy what I chose not to buy. I spent more than I had intended, but I left feeling that I had high quality products that would last my daughter a long time. Go here for quality help and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great place!!

A great store for finding top-quality clothes, specifically dress clothes and apparel. JC Penny had a wide selection of different suits and dress shirts for am extremely decent price. It also had a good selection of ties and bow ties. It would have been nice to have a full-time tailor, specifically for men's suits, to help us measure and fit for a suit.

I recently took my elderly mom to this location for some new clothes and a watch. The care she received from Patti, in the jewelry department was tender, courteous, and so gracious. Mom needed the watch band adjusted down, removing several links for proper fit. Patti took the time needed to ensure Mom had the watch just right. Great service is something you really cheer and we found it at this JCPenney location! Thanks!

Very nice store that have anything for your family dressing needs. I got a ton of clothes for my whole family for under $100! They have amazing discounts and also great clearance if you can catch it at the right time. I recommend for anyone from your grandma to your baby!

This store appears smaller than the other JC Penney's that I have been to; however, it's smaller appearance, in my opinion, makes it a better store. The employees are always friendly and many of them have been there for years and seem to really enjoy working there. The store is also kept really clean, making even the tiniest of items very easy to find, and in-store pick up is a breeze.

Sometimes you just cant beat their prices. I walked in to pick up my ring after getting it repaired.. well being its Valentine's time, I walked out with a 2nd ring. I had no intentions of shopping but I just couldn't beat the prices. It was time for an upgrade!

I love this JCPenney, it's super close to where I live and it's usually not too busy. The store is usually a little messy though, clothes are never neatly folded how they should nor are they hung up together and sized right ever. I think they need more people up there working because it's always hard to find someone to help or ask a question, and as I said, the store is always a little messy.
