Super cute trail! It has a few steep parts but it’s a pretty easy route. The path borders the lake, so there’s a lot to look at and it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere

Good fishing for kids. Parking near covered dock with not a long walk from the parking lot. Easy fishing for younger kids. We fished the bottom of the lake since it was still pretty cool and used worms. All of our kids caught at least 1 fish without too much time in between bites. Made for a nice day of fishing.

It has become our tradition to come here after snow! Because the road always gets cleaned quickly, and the snow mostly stays untouched! It’s very pretty!
