Owen Park

Nice small park for families to walk, play and run their animals. A new cover over the play area gives some shade to the kids at play.
It's improving well.

Great safe walking trail with lots of space to picnic or stop at benches. Small parking lot and a pretty nice playground for kids to play on. If you play Pokemon Go, it has a gym to battle in and 2 Pokestops.

I went here after lunch with my stepfather's mom today to walk around the trail, and I absolutely enjoyed myself. This particular park partially has atmosphere in common with J.R. Martin Park (after all, they are both on Hines Street) and Miller Park. I really like this park for one that opened after my dad and stepmom moved us out of Republic.

Love this park, mostly because I can walk to it, from my house, but it's clean, well planned out, never to crowded, just right.

I take my dogs here very often, they love it. Enough room for them to run around away from the jungle gym. The big loop is approximately .5 miles for those that count their steps. I look forward to taking my dogs here everytime.

Small little park just off of Hines St & Bailey St. It is much smaller when compared to JR Martin Park. It has a small Playground suitable for toddlers up to adolescents. Republic Parks just recently updated the landscaping dropping in fresh mulch and have been working on the greenery as well.
This park does not have permanent restrooms but they have a family size Johnny on the Spot should you need to use the bathroom. It also has benches and picnic tables stationed around the park and the asphalt walking trail. This trail does not connect to any other walking trail in Republic. Although if you cut through the neighborhood just west of the park you can jump in the trail that the head of it is just off Hines St and Cherrywood St.
I recommend this park for walking as well as letting your children ride their bikes, skateboards ect. Most all patrons using the park I have met have all been very nice people and neighbors.

Great park to go walk or run. I go every other day weather permitting. People are very nice and polite.

This is a great park. Playground us in the middle of a walking trail, so you can walk while they play and keep them in sight.

It was absolutely wonderful I am new to the Republic area and I took my great nephews there it was a lot of fun we definitely will be going back very clean Park very safe

Really nice park in Republic! The kids really enjoyed the playground and the paved walking track around the park was really nice for my oldest to learn to ride her bike on.

Very clean and safe community Park. My kids, and husband and I go there often.

My kids call it the Ninja warrior park because of all the climbing obstacles here. I like it because there are picnic tables to sit at and newly paved walking trails.
