Had the best experience with Jason and Brian. Walked into the store at 5:45. 15 mins before closing time and they both could not have been more helpful and willing to fix my broken Key fob. They both took the time to help me put it back together and get it working. They stayed past closing time without a complaint! Very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I will be going back to visit them anytime I have battery needs.

Called and checked to see if the had a battery to fit my Caddy and they did. Brian met me as I dove up and took me right in. Got it replaced in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service this time as in the past. Highly recommend them to be a source for battery. Good job👍👍

I didn’t know what time the store closed and drove up about 10 minutes after closing time. I saw two employees standing outside getting ready to leave and asked about the battery I needed because if they had it I would come back tomorrow to get it. One of them said he would turn the alarm off and go back inside and get the battery for me. I could not believe it. This was so unexpected and so helpful to me. You just don’t experience that level of service very often. Thank you Patrick!

You can tell how good a place is when it comes to customer service by what they do without asking. I came in to get my car key fob battery replaced today. I was greeted promptly and asked how they could help. They said no problem and took the fob and less than 3 minutes later it was good as new with a fresh battery. I reached for my wallet to pay and was told this one was on them today! I was floored! I was not expecting them to do that.

Yet, that act of kindness made my day. It's hard to explain but it made me feel more optimistic about the day. Small acts go far.

Customer service is a foreign term nowadays to most companies. Yet at Battery Outfitters here in St. Peters, it is alive and well ... and appreciated!

Called them to check availability on a battery and they gave me multiple options and told me all I needed to know about each choice, within and hour I was there and had a new battery put in! Workers were very friendly and knowledgeable on the service. They didn’t pressure me into paying more which is always nice. Great company, I will be back!

Excellent service! Have used them to replace all the batteries in my cars over the past several years. Never a problem. Car batteries, key fobs, watch batteries.
