A lot of water standing in my backyard concerned me about how much would have to be pumped by my sump pump to keep my basement dry. Water wasn't running through my backyard as it should because I had high spots blocking the water. We had a lot of rain recently and I'm happy to say the water is running through the yard and not coming into the basement. Thanks, Glenn, for getting the job done right, providing great service, sticking to the original estimate and making it look good! You can see in this video the grass blanket over the area that was reshaped. Grass is growing in nicely.

Glenn was excellent to work with! I had a very challenging drainage situation, and spoke with multiple companies looking for a solution. Glenn put in a lot of effort as we discussed the best way to solve my problem. Ultimately they installed a curtain drain that has taken care of my water issues.

As a home inspector, I've seen thousands of roofs before and after repairs or right after installation. There are several little details about roofing installations that separate it from a good roof to a great roof. Glenn and his team thoroughly addressed all of these to add to the longevity of my roof. I was super impressed on how smoothly my scheduling was handled and how well they did on the roof, from the tidy caulking to how well they cleaned up after themselves. I even had a small project I needed to do while the roof work was being done and they worked around my schedule. Jeff was my sales representative, he was a clear communicator and easy to work with!

I want to first thank Mark and Josh, When Mark came out to inspect my roof he was very thorough, explained everything and and even showed up and was on roof with adjuster discussing damage. Josh explained everything that was in estimate and made it very easy to understand and and choose the shingles I wanted to have installed. And for the crew that showed up, you could tell that they knew exactly what they were doing and were focused on quality and a quick completion. To say they were impressive is an understatement. All in all I could not be happier from start to finish. Especially the clean up, other than the new roof you would not have known they were there

Glenstone roofing did our roof and gutters in July 2023 after a severe hail storm caused damage Josh was there for us from the beginning to the end. It was our first insurance claim. Josh went above and beyond to help us. He responded to our calls, texts and emails promptly. I like the way he explained their products, warranty, and what to do if something goes wrong in the future. We couldn’t be happier with their workmanship. The gutters and roof look great.. a perfect color of roof and gutters. The workers who were here on the roof have been employed for a number of years. I liked that. We added a solar tube and it we love it . Josh helped with our insurance claim, we didnt’t even need to ask him. We have Travelers Insurance. Overall it was a great experience!

From the very start to the finish GlennStone impressed us with their professionalism, punctuality, and the quality of work done. Jeff came out to assess the damage and give us a quote mere days after my initial call-this being notable because several other places I was referred to wouldn’t so much as return emails, texts, calls you name it. The roofing crew did a spectacular job in an amazingly short timeframe, a few weeks later the gutter crew did the same. In 2022 I called 3 companies for estimates to replace my father's 20+ yr old roof. That experience was similar to the story of the Little 3 Pigs. It was obvious immeditately which company I preferred, however my father was not ready for any changes until the Notice of Cancellation appeared in his mailbox. This past June I immediatley called GlennStone Roofing and Gutters (the best estimate and customer service from the 3) and explained our situation which included a deadline for replacement before July 4th. Even with this tight deadline, GlennStone made it happen. The work crew were excellent, professional and respectful. Josh and Carrie are my heros!!!! Thanks GlennStone for making this experience "happily ever after".

We had new gutters and underground drainage installed a year ago. Everyone was very professional in all aspects. We had an issue after an Ice/Snow storm and Rickey came out and repaired the roof free of charge! We then had leaf filters installed in the past few weeks and had a flooding issue soon after due to excessive rainfall. Mark came out and thoroughly checked all the previous work, diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BACKING UP THEIR WORK!

We had French drains and gutters installed on our house in June 2023. Mark did the very hard work of hand digging the tunnels from the house to the drain outlets in the yard. Very professional, timely and an excellent solution to the drainage problem were experiencing. Can't say this often, but would definitely use them again should the need arise!

I had a new roof (actually roof, venting, fascia, and gutters) installed last year by Glennstone Roofing. During the windstorm last week (Apr 2023) I lost a piece of fascia. I called Josh @ Glennstone and they came and replaced it-no questions asked, and did it within a week. My roof, being taller than those around it, took the high winds on and didn't suffer a bit of damage. Glennstone did great work on installation and were responsive when I had a problem a year later.

I am pleased that I chose Glennstone to handle my roofing needs.

GlennStone Roofing always goes above and beyond for their customers! A few years ago we had a fence installed. They were on time and got the job done in a matter of a few hours. Still looks like it's brand new to this day! Here recently we had our roof inspected and noticed a few issues. GlennStone Roofing showed up the next day to inspect. Jeff worked with us and did an excellent job. He pointed out all of the things that were off about certain shifted shingles (zippers), as well as, a cracked chimney on our roof. The prices were also very reasonable.

GlennStone was awesome for my roof replacement. They completed our roof very quickly and their team was thorough with the work and cleanup. They converted all my vents to ridge cap vents along with installing the new roof. This helped my home heat/cool better immediately. The quote, work and follow-up was top notch. I HIGHLY recommend them.

GlennStone Roofing did an excellent roof job for us. Our inspector and contact person (Nick) was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. We were very well pleased with the customer service. There was a mistake made in underestimating the squares of roofing shingles required for our roof, but GlennStone Roofing stood behind their True Blue Standards and did not make any attempt to adjust the price we initially agreed upon.

Our roofers, Mauricio and Will did an excellent job of removing the old roof, installing the new roof, installing the trim, painting and caulking, and keeping the job site clean. They were both also very pleasant to work with.

Inheriting a home is quite the experience. It needed a new roof and gutters. So I call Glennstone roof . I was out of there service area the Lady said she would send a representative out . Jeff shows up and walked me through the whole process. We settle on a price. Soon after the roof team shows up and bam I have a new roof . Done quick clean and professional. Gutters just as simple. I have the privilege of working closely with the wonderful folks at Glenn Stone Roofing & Gutters. I work at an insurance agency and we always need good reliable companies to recommend in helping us take care of our clients for when they are in need. This past year sure proved how damaging hail can be. Because of this, we utilized Glenn Stone Roofing a lot! We depended heavily on the experience and knowledge of mainly one of their project managers/estimator, Ricky Mathews. He helped us to determine if whether a claim should be filed for our client or if it was just a minor repair job and could be fixed without actually filing a claim that would be useless.
