Shannon was so sweet and kind! I loved working with her! My florals were amazing and more beautiful than I truly imagined! She did our drapery also. I needed two flower crowns for flower girls the morning of my wedding and she made some up for me as soon as I asked. She was great!

Shannon brought my ideas to LIFE for our wedding day! I knew she would provide us with beautiful work but when I saw our centerpieces the day of, I was blown away! She created beautiful arrangements for our ceremony and centerpieces and created a stunning backdrop for our head table. She was so helpful during our meetings, answered all of my questions and was so patient as we sorted out our budget and what we were looking for in our decor. She exceeded my expectations and made our ceremony and reception absolutely gorgeous!

Shannon was incredible to work with for my wedding! She stuck with us as we changed locations, was great to schedule several sit down meetings, and offered great suggestions for my day. We did drapes in our venue plus florals and LOVED everything!

Shannon honestly made my daughter's wedding spectacular! The colors were perfect and the little things she did down to the rentals made a huge difference. I appreciate her experience, knowledge, efficiency, and kindness. Shannon was always easy to communicate with and very accessible. She has a special gift and I can't say enough good things about her! Jeff was very nice and helpful too! Together, Shannon and Jeff work very quickly and make a great team!!

Shannon was absolutely incredible to work with from the first interaction we had! It’s like she read my mind the minute I started to describe what I was thinking for our wedding floral! She did our drapes, lighting, and hanging greenery from the ceiling which made our venue feel so intimate and special! Flowers were flawless! The bouquets were fresh and bright, along with all the arrangements and loose florals for the tables! So grateful to have chosen this wonderful company!

We were blown away with the flowers for our daughter’s wedding! The bridesmaids’ bouquets were gorgeous and the bride’s bouquet was even more stunning than what we were hoping for!! I have to admit I was a little nervous because we did all the consulting and ordering through texts, phone calls and pictures BUT everything turned out so beautiful! The arbor arrangements were huge and amazing! Shannon duplicated the picture we sent as an example of what we were hoping for, and far exceeded our expectations. We received several compliments on the flowers too! Thank you so much for everything!!

Shannon and her husband were super easy to work with and made all of the planning easy over the phone. I planned my wedding while living out of state and she shared pictures of the drapes and linens she had done at previous events so it was easy to decide what I envisioned. We even had a flower spray added to the arch and they were able to put it up for us and also sprays that we brought they hung from the ceiling. They were so helpful and my day came together so beautifully!

We hired Shannon for our wedding on November 7th. She did a gorgeous job, the flowers were absolutely stunning. We received several compliments on how beautiful the flowers were. She was also extremely communicative throughout the process, even during a pandemic mind you, and also helpful with picking out different types of flowers. I would highly recommend using Shannon's services.

We were very happy to work with Shannon! We made arrangements fairly late in the season, but Shannon kept in touch with us regularly and got us where we needed to be quickly. All of the flowers and arrangements were gorgeous, and everything was nicely laid out and labeled for us to just pick up and use on the morning of the wedding. Everything we wanted from a florist!

Shannon and her team are amazing! She called me up to talk about what I wanted. I mostly told her what I didn't want. She emailed me with the types of flowers and colors she picked out. I googled them all and thought yeah those are pretty. Well Shannon did her flower magic and I along with all of our guest were in love with all the arrangements. Our wedding was outside in our back yard, the colors she picked popped against all the greenery. My bouquet was gorgeous. My Little doggo was beautiful in her flower collar Shannon made for her. Shannon did awesome with our fall wedding flowers! She was reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, and was early the day of our wedding with our flowers. Everything looked beautiful, and we couldn't sing her praises more for how awesome she did.

Shannon was amazing!! My prior arrangements fell through and she swooped in and helped me in every way she could! My bouquet turned out more beautiful than I could imagine and she made a matching boutonnière. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Shannon was an instrumental part in my sister's big day. She asked just the right questions, followed the bride's wishes perfectly, and made the day even better than any of us could have imagined between the flowers, the backdrop arch, and the drapes at the wedding venue! So great to work with, and plan to use her for any events we have in the Springfield area in the future!

They were great! Very communicative and did exactly what I wanted! Would definitely use them again! Very happy!!! My wedding pictures were amazing and the flowers that Shannon’s Custom Florals provided were perfect!! We had a destination wedding and didn’t know anyone! Even during a pandemic they came through! 😊
