This Ace Hardware is well-kept and the people are great - specifically Debbie. Debbie always provides thoughtful, next-level customer service. She hooked me up with a calendar last time and I know someday she'll get me signed up for the rewards too. I kept saying I don't come in very often, but it's becoming a go-to spot! 10/10 would recommend visiting this store to experience the service they provide.

Just had to make a Review, I been going the this location now for about 2 years, Mostly for Lawn Care and EGO Power items, One person seems to always be around to help me out. DON, this guy has answered every random question i have asked, and in detail. I always get a little education every time i stop in. Thanks for making this ACE the PLACE.

Great hardware store. Prices pretty competitive. Workers are helpful and courteous. They will have someone load your car if buying garden supplies. We have refilled our propane tank here too.

They have a little bit of everything you would expect a hardware store to have. The selection of fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, dowels, etc ) is very good. Friendly and helpful staff.

After one heck of an experience at The Grass Pad in Lee's Summit, my husband decided to call ahead before I went anywhere to buy grass seed. Ian was SUPER nice! Very knowledgeable, very kind, and treated me with the utmost respect and helped educate me on what I don't know! I left the grass pad in absolute tears because of how they treated/talked to me. To have someone so kind and helpful after that experience was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Ian!!

Don is extremely helpful and has the best customer service skills! We went in last year looking for some screws that we needed to re assemble an old crib. I was very pregnant and didn’t really think to take an actual screw to find the correct measurement. The only thing I had was a picture and Don took the picture and matched me with what he believed was the correct size I needed. However he wanted me to make sure if it was not correct that I go back and return it as he cared for the safety of my unborn child. He also let me know that I could buy a whole set of screws online for a specific crib by googling the name and serial number. I ended up having to return the screw and doing just what he suggested. I am so thankful for Don helping me in such way as he could of easily just gave me something close in size but he didn’t. Love this location and how helpful the employees are.

Nice people. Good stock on nuts and bolts, makes working on my harley possible. Some very good sales recently in tools.

Of all the hardware stores, this is our favorite. It is staffed by knowledgeable people. Also, so many things the box stores don't sell, they generally stock it.

This place feels like extended family. Always so friendly and helpful. Love this hardware store. It certainly is friendly and so very helpful. Its my go to place if I need most anything for home improvement things.

After buying a flapper for my toilet tank i got home and watched a video (I am NOT mechanically inclined whatsoever). Well, I believed the product I purchased would not work, after watching the video and not seeing the same notches. I went back to Westlake to exchange the flapper. The gentleman told me to go get what I needed. I went back to plumbing thinking I knew exactly what I needed. Um....not so. First employee I found was Ian..... Ian was friendly and very helpful and didnt make me feel dumb about my situation. He advised to try the original flapper I purchased and explained how to change it. Got home and changed the flapper. And I only broke 2 nails and chipped another. I will definitely be shopping here more even if I do pay a little extra. Everyone is professional, friendly and very helpful!!!

The employees here are always super friendly and helpful and acknowledge you when you're in the store so you don't feel like you're annoying them by asking questions. I am clueless when it comes to home stuff / gardening but they've always been able to help me find exactly what I'm looking for whatever random project.
