Red Racks Thrift Store

This location is the BEST of all Red Racks. Neat, Clean and Organized with clear aisles! The displays are amazing, very inspiring and you can tell the effort put into them.
Manager Bradley is ALWAYS there. I don't think I have ever went into the store I have not seen him. He is always in a great mood, friendly and love the fun, bright, crazy shirts and socks he wears. My daughter gets excited to see what he is wearing and he always makes time to say hi when we walk by.

WOW! I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience! Brad and Becky are beyond kind. The customer service I received was out of this world. I went to this store Wednesday to shop. Clothing has been moved around. I asked for help and lady showed me where Xtra large was. But never could find plus size clothing. Guess I will shop Goodwill and Salvation Army. They need to post end caps better not in the center of the isle.

i come to this red racks like every few weeks and i never leave here feeling anything other than happy. workers are always nice :)

I purchased a twin sleigh bed last week, and the gentleman who checked me out was fantastic, there was a young woman with dark hair that was stocking that answered all my questions and then Matt Dotill (Spelling) is a supervisor he was so nice too and went way beyond the call of duty to get that bed in my Mazda 6, but he did it. You have a great team! I highly recommend this store.

I always have a good experience whenever I come into the store. The people are so helpful & kind and I love the way the store is set up. It is lovely. This time when I was in they had allot more furnature & stock in general. It seems the store improves every time I get in. Hey have done a beautiful job of arranging everything. I wish they could put the books in order but that is a full time job by itself. Nice people

I have been a loyal customer to Red Racks for over 10 years. Red Racks Independence and Blue Springs are the only thrift stores I shop at. I live in Independence, so I frequent it more often, but Blue Springs is the gem with the better quality name brand things. If you don't shop sale tags or the Red Rack, sure it can be a little pricier, but still cheaper than new. I only shop the $ rack, the colored discount tags, and sales. I get nice clothes for 50c on Sundays. My friends are always blown away with the deals I find for my child and myself. My son always wears name brand and I get it all from Red Racks on sales. Blue Springs must be under new management, I've never seen the store so clean and perfectly organized. ( granted it is before a huge sale.) But i definitely give props for how they've turned this store around over the last year.

I enjoyed all the bargains, there were so many items and tons of inventory. Only one downfall is there is usually only one person at the register checking people out, so you have to give yourself time to wait in line. If you go in prepared for that, the frustration is lessened and you can enjoy the fun of finding great deals.

I have been shopping this store for many years and have always enjoyed my experience. The staff are always very helpful and eager to assist. The store has recently changed it up a bit with the apperance and arranging the store with more of a higher end look to it. Just want to say great job and keep up the amazing work you are doing!!

The store is always clean and pretty well organized (for a thrift store), it makes shopping so much easier. They always have some sort of deal going on, which is nice also. I like the offers from the mobile check in service it's easy to use and the extra discounts can really add up.

This Red Racks has a much larger and nicer selection than the other store in Independence. The staff was super friendly too. I got my 7 yo an entire summer wardrobe for like $20... That's like 10 shorts, 10 shirts, and swimming trunks. Yay!

My husband & I really Love shopping at this store!!! They have great variety of mens, womens & kids clothes and accessories and even shoes!! Just about everything they habe looks or is brand new & brand names! We have gone shopping there 4 times just in the last 2 weeks and left with clothes and shoes for all 4 of us and loved all of it!! Planning on going again tonight to their sale!! It is my new favorite shopping place. Thwy always have new stufd everytime we have gone too. I would definitely tell/ recommend to anyone & everyone to shop there First!! Thanks Red Racks!! Love ya

Red Racks in Blue Springs has different items than the one in Independence Mo. But its bigger prices are just a bit higher but clothes are in better shape. An store has more room in between aisle.

I would like to commend Ms. Robin at the BL SPRGS store for going above and beyond for me a customer, my purse was lost and she went out of her way to help with my issue and I appreciate her for that, she actually cared to help me. She is a good representation of what a good, no great employee she is and others should follow her example, THANKS SO MUCH ROBIN!!!

I love shopping at Red Racks. They have great specials and sales. I cannot begin to tell you the awesome household items they sell. Five star all the way.

For the person who got charged twice.........you can bet, it was a sheer accident. Don't be livid, just straighten it out.

We went in looking for a particular furniture piece and we found it! Great selection on EVERYTHING and the prices are truly unbeatable. The service from the reps inside the store to the two associate loading up the piece was A class. Thanks!

I just have to say a huge thank you to the employees that did all the reorganization of this location. The store looks great....it's clean and organized and I find treasures every time I walk into the store! A huge plus for Blue Springs!!!!

Consistently the best thrift store in the area. Always clean and very well organized. Selection is outstanding and we find gems and deals every time we go.

Red Racks has about 30 Christmas trees. One of them was decorated with Christmas coffee cups. So cute!!!
