Sylvia and her crew were very accommodating with our large group. She made it extremely easy to order and kept everything running smooth. We appreciate their kindness and organization. Would definitely recommend!

Although not having a real lobby is an inconvenience, the lady who worked the front counter was full of energy and treated us well. She was well organized with the orders as she managed walk in customers like myself and all of the delivery apps effortlessly

The staff at lunch today went above and beyond to take care of customers. Shelia treated me like a guest in her own home. Remembered my name, was prompt and attentive and corrected a mistake in my order with the best attitude.

Erin (I think was her name) the cashier was so kind to me today and deserves appreciation for spreading her kindness. Thank you Erin!

Went here to work on some homework for school, and it was nice and chill. They worker were nice and the people were nice too

I made a large order for 12 people (not catering) and Michelle the manager made sure everything I ordered and special instructions were followed to a T. I've never seen such attention to detail, accommodating and friendly service such as this from any other location. I was impressed to say the least. Thanks so much for taking good care of me!

Was in town for business stop by for lunch and had a fantastic meal the staff was super friendly and the food was great, highly recommend!!

The food as usual was wonderful. I got the cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl and it was just as great as it has always been. However, what really stood out to me was how friendly the employees were. My cashier was so sweet and kind which made for a wonderful experience all around.

Extremely great service. My wife and I ordered right before their closing and we ended up taking off without our cookie. No big deal, a $2.00 item that I'm pretty sure we forgot. Called them to let them know and their amazing manager immediately said he would refund our cookie. While I was looking for my card to refund, he went out of his way to make a better suggestion and brought us two cookies and some vouchers (we live 3 blocks away) on his own. Really, really impressed and will be coming back

I would like to acknowledge Employee Jazz for being so welcoming, to not just me, but everyone who was a customer. I was greeting in a very natural, unscripted manor. Jazz was genuine and her positive attitude completely rubbed off.
(Give her a raise, y'all need more employees like that.)

Stopped in to pick up an online to go order and noticed something in the bakery that I really wanted. Jazz, behind the counter, was helping me, and made sure I was taken care of with a big smile. I asked for advice on how she thought one of the items would reheat in the oven, and she said she's going to be honest with me as she didn't think they would reheat so well, and that Breakfast was close down for the day and had been. I thought that was really thoughtful cause she could have sold me something that I would not have been happy with, but instead she said if I wanted to let my kids give it a try she would go ahead and just give me the couple that were left. I thought that was really sweet and because of Jazz, I will pay it forward.

I love the cheddar broccoli soup! Even on hot days like today! I placed a rapid pick up order and was a bit early picking it up, I’d only been waiting a minute or so when Kali walks up to me with my food. She had the friendliest smile, asked me my name and handed me my soup! Thank you Kali for your awesome service!

Great salad and sandwich. Turkey blt with avocado and southwest chili lime salad

The good is good, but the service is less than satisfying. The person training our order was more concerned with her conversations with her co-workers. She never gave us eye contact or really answered or Q's directly. She seemed distracted. Then the person who made my drinks was super slow. So... I'm a St. Louis Bread / Panera fan, but I'm a fan of good customer service too. I worked in the service ind all thru college. I know good service from bad. Just sayin

Editing my review. I gave this Panera location another shot. The staff was swift, polite and efficient. Food was delivered correctly and fast. Was delicious and the manager even stopped over to check on us. They have once again earned my business.

Had a huge group of 20 of us and we all ordered in a smooth fashion. They didnt get overwhelmed, just made the massive amount of food as efficiently as they could (which was pretty dang fast). Friendly staff and good, comforting food, as always.

Great foods. But long waiting times. I tipped them while paying for the food and I waited the longest for my food.
I was actually there before the others started coming in and ordered 2x basic sandwiches and soup. And received my order after everyone else got their orders.
I guess I shouldn't have tipped them. :(
