"Share details of my experience" just doesn't cover it...but here they are. I lost 155 pounds eating real food over 15 months on Shape Reclaimed. I started with Betsy just after my 72 birthday...I'm 75 and 190 pounds now and have stayed within 3 (+/-) pounds of target since then. This after a lifetime of 100 pound rollercoaster cycles ranging from a previous adulthood low of 213 to a high of 490.
Before and after annual physicals are as dramatic...no prescription meds for anything weight related.
