Just a witness to a transaction but it went quickly and the service was stellar. Just be carefull to study the maps to learn where to turn into the office. You may want to plan for right turns in and out during peak traffic.

Fast and great costumer service

Extremely poor experience. Closed on a home with this branch of US Title and they failed to pay bills that were due by the previous owner, leaving us with a massive balance of nearly $1500. It took weeks to resolve and required a substantial amount of work on our end to finally come to a resolution. We paid them fees for a clear title, yet they did not deliver and showed no remorse for their failure. If you have the option, strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your title needs.

Update: despite the owner's response, we never received any contact from the regional manager and are continuing to deal with the issues caused by US Title's absolute failure to provide the services that we paid for
