Boot Barn

Recently I ordered jeans and had them shipped to the store because they would not make it to my house in time. When I got to the store, one of my kids had fallen asleep. I called, explained and asked if there was anyone who could run them out to me by chance, and they sure did! Cannot say how helpful that truly was, but I know they will continue to have mine and my family's business!

Stopped in for some Christmas shopping and the ladies did a fantastic job helping us find exactly what we were looking for (Cody James jeans), for the future son in law. Was able to find the exact style he likes from a secret photo of the inside label (no he wasn't wearing them when we got the picture). Fantastic service and super friendly no hassle staff.

Loved my visit. Tiffany took real good care of me. 🤠. I returned a leather belt that I had ordered online. It was too small. I purchased 8 items.

Great store got my cowboy hat fitted perfectly today I can't remember his name but you g kid and he did awesome and pam at the other end was awesome as well! Wife got great outfit for pretty cheap! 👍👍

We enjoyed our visit. We had an excellent customer representative named Maria. We were able to finish up our Christmas shopping with the Montana Silver Collection of jewelry, and it was truly a nice experience all around.

First time ever going and the staff was AMAZING and helpful! The manager who helped us was personable, funny, and helpful. We had a good time roasting my boyfriend about his cringe worthy beat up old boots! We will definitely be coming back for our future boot needs.

Kaitlyn was awesome! She fixed my boots after I bought a pair 3 weeks ago and wore them in the snow and salt eating away the finished coating on them. Went in upset with my boots being ‘ruined’ and Kaitlyn restored them using their boot conditioner. Terrific experience....will definitely be back to buy another pair soon. Great people, great place!

Just left there feeling fabulous. The manager went above and beyond to help us with our hats!!! Did a wonderful job shaping some of our old hats and our new one we bought. This was my first time at this store and because of the customer service we will be back soon. Great job girls!! Thanks for all your help.

I absolutely love this place! Only place my husband get his construction work boots. I love all their stuff here. They also have a good selection for all us ladies!

Excellent customer service, every time. It's pretty obvious that the employees receive comission, but it never affects my experience or service level. This Boot Barn in Blue Springs almost has what I'm looking for when it comes to leather goods, and ALWAYS has stuff I didn't realize I wanted. Check 'em out.

Stopped in to check out a pair of thourghgood boots.... Kristina helped me she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the thourghgood boot brand. She also was very nice and pleasant as soon as you entered the store.

Have bought 3 pairs of Hawx work boots from here and they definitely honor the warranty. Will come back
