I shop in store and online.Had a Christmas order several gifts.When package arrived it was empty,due to a postal employee who must enjoy stealing.The ladies at the store were so nice and very helpful.They were the best and it meant so much since the package was several presents.I didnt want order reshipped so it could be stolen again and it wouldnt have arrived in time for Christmas.the acting manager and store employees were the best.!!

I had no intent of stopping in, but as we were walking by the aroma of the store just drew us in... $400 later and now our house, our cars, our dogs, our kids, our skin, our hair, my office, my garage (I think you get the point)...are all a symphony of various aromas for our friends, family & strangers to enjoy.

I love going into Bath and Body works. Just the yummy smell when you go into their store is enough to make me look at every item while enjoying the yummy smells. Of course I never walk out of a Bath and Body works without buying things. I never walk out with less than 3 items. I love everything about Bath and Body works. They have all kinds of gumminess for your body, scenting your homes, scenting your drawers, beautiful candles you can use for looks (because they smell so good) without burning them. They have Scentsy burners and flavors that can make you stay in the store for an hour just trying to decide which Scentsy flavor you want. I am a body lotion, body spray junkie. This is the place you can come too and walk out smelling amazing. They have tested, lotions and sprays that I will spray on myself instead of using the paper strips to spray a scent you want to test. I will randomly use a paper strip to spray and stick in my purse. 😁. The prices are so reasonable and they always have some kind of sale to be able to get more than one item per visit. 🤗

I hadn't been inside the actual store, but I'd been ordering my stuff online. I've got to say that at this particular ALLthe sales persons were absolutely, 💯 percent helpful, and above all friendly. It was a wonderful shopping experience that reminded me of good old-fashioned customer service!

The store had a major sale going on while we shopped, so it was very busy, but they had plenty of staff on hand who were all very helpful. Lines went quickly, too.

I love visiting this store and all the wonderful smells. Be sure to sign up at the front to get coupons in the mail and daily email coupons from them. They have some of the best coupons, plus freebies!! Plus, you can use all your coupons together on one purchase on the same day to maximize your savings. And lastly, if you dont see a scent in the store that you love, check online. They have dozens of "retired" fragrances but you can only get them by ordering online. You can still use your coupons for that too! You can also use the coupons at white barn next door and combine coupons that way also. I stop in several times a month just to use coupons so I always have a great gift to give someone later.

Always a good shopping experience at bath& body works. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and fun!

Ronda went absolutely out of her way to keep my little guy happy and busy while I was shopping around! She sprayed so many scents for him and let him wash his hands in so many different soaps.😂 She was patient and so sweet to son who had so many questions! Dawn was also so very kind. The staff here are so wonderful! Thank you!

Customer service here is on point. Always greet you and ask if you need help. And when you check out they make you feel like you have known them forever. That's the Customer service I like.

Gretchen is amazing. Full of energy and light! She’s also extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Bath & Body Works has an absolute gem of an employee.

They had a big sale when I was there. The store was very busy.
The good thing was that they had enough help. Helpful staff with the shoppers and enough checkers to get you checked out.

I wasn't in there for one minute & found exactly the perfect gift... plus one for me! Now for an update about my most recent experience... I bought a couple candles that didn't have any throw or really even any scent, except an icky soapy one. Since the candles were not burned past the halfway mark, B&BW allowed me to exchange them for 3 new candles of a different variety. I love my new candles & I love Bath & Body Works even more now! Talk about customer satisfaction & customer service! They are simply the best!

Amazing customer service. From the time you arrive you feel pampered and special. You open the door to amazing scents and friendly people ready to answer any and all questions you may have. Feel free to walk around trying out scents until you find just the right ones. Mask up of course. Such a wide range of scents and amazing sales right now. It's sure to be a delight that you will take home with you. I will definitely return soon.

I'm addicted to the wallflowers and foaming soaps...take all my money please!!!

I love the staff at Bath abd Body Works. They are so friendly and make the shopping experience a pleasure. Prices are good and the app is easy to use.

The ladies working here are very pleasant and helpful - i will drive a few miles further to this store in blue springs area because they have more stock on their shelves unlike the store at independence mall where i got shafted around and mislead. The google advertisement said $9.50 sunday only but i go in and they want $14.50 per each 3 wick candle and then on top of that they had all stock of the 1 candle i went there for - bad way to do business good thing there us another store a few miles more east that knows how to treat people and have stock on there shelves and displays
