Kohl's

I love to shop from Kohls, however as I have had 4 foot surgeries and 3 spine surgeries I wish they would move the self pick up area closer to the doors(someone is maintaining it anyway) or offer curbside as they did during covid

Great teamwork at this location. I was assisted by several associates and handed off, not to be confused with "passed off" several times to someone better equipped to address my inquiries and requests. My visit ended with Leah who was a visiting associate from another location no less. I left with the completed purchase of the original reason for my visit.

The Amazon return station inside Kohl's was convenient and quick. They gave me a Kohl's discount coupon that I was able to use that day, with additional early Black Friday deals. Love this store!

Oh Yeah! Summer took wonderful care of me in the men's dept and I told her she should be in management and she said she is 😁
I love the personal attention, definitely not Walmart! She told me if I used my Kohls card I would receive 30% off on certain items. They just happened to be the ones I wanted 😁Thank You KOHLS!

I havent been impressed by retail stores in a long time. However everyone I have come across in this Khols location has been absolutely amazing. Everyone there is so friendly and honestly wants to help you out if you need it. Whoever the store manager is should definitely be proud of their employees. I L-O-V-E love shopping at Kohl's! It's always a great experience! And, that's important to me because I don't shop often. So, when I do I want it to be a great experience. The only things I won't buy there are toys. They are always over priced. So, we take pictures of the toys the kids like and then get them somewhere else. But, I always know I'll find clothes I'm going to love there!

My favorite Kohl's. Everyone working there is professional and kind and mine was even a little witty which I love. I treat you like you're their only customer. They make you feel like You're the only customer. I Forgot the name of the manager that helped me but she was great.

As always, stocked shelves, clean, prices were great. A little crowded, line moved fast. Bathrooms clean and lots of room for a wheel chair. Parking was pretty full.

Karat was so sweet yesterday when I told her I forgot to give you my 20% discount coupon. Karat was more than willing to refund the me the money on my Kohl's card and I got my 20% discount. That made me very happy! Thank you Karat for you wonderful customer serviced.

I absolutely love this store and their customer service. If you are a careful Shopper, you can get some very good deals. I love my new area rug that I ordered this summer. My husband has a wonderful Christmas present from them and I felt like I got a very good price. Highly recommend Kohl's.

I ALWAYS love going to Kohl's, especially when I have the Kohl's Rewards Cash to spend, plus my rewards that build up monthly. This is the only place I go to buy my Levi's, along with anything else I see that I like, within reason. My husband HATES Kohl's cash because that means I will go back and spend my Kohl's cash, my rewards and then if there's anything else I need to pay, it goes on the card. I don't ever overspend on any card we might have, I just love Kohl's. ❤
