Everything was good except for their Exchange policy if you send your help there to pick up stuff for return stuff make sure they have a receipt because if they give you a gift card it's attached to your ID so of course

Lowe’s at Washington has everything one might need for projects around the house. I went in to look at plants, and ended up buying a chainsaw, and pressure washer. Their friendly, and helpful staff answered all of my questions, and made my experience a breeze.

Love all the fresh Christmas trees they had! Customer service was great, and the store is very presentable!!

An associate promptly took care of my item missing

When I go to Lowes to work on a project while I am on Vacation, everyone is noce and they ask if you need help if you are obviously unsure where to find something. If you don't, they leave you alone. I think every circular saw I checked (maybe 5 or six) was made in China. I understand it is not up to the individual store, on where products originate, but I wish something was made here. Available at a competitive price, hopefully a shift in manufacturing will bring us some safer, less toxic products. (There was a p95 warning on saws) Maybe steer customers toward an American brand even if it's double the price.
The prices are fair on lumber, and it was less warped than some other places I have been. Made a 4'x8' chicken coop. Thanks. Oh! It's super cool to see people with dogs here shopping, 👌 awesome.

I've needed a tool bench for my work and I wanted it today. They only had one left of the kind I wanted. The others weren't appropriate or too expensive. They only had one left in stock and it was the floor model. It had quite a few dings on it, which is fine. I'll make it worse at my job. I asked the employee (I wish I got his name) if I could have it for $100 cheaper due to the dings. He was polite, friendly, and helpful. He contacted his manager and got it ok'd. Very happy with my experience. Will be back. 😊

Some help is hard to find. Most associates don't ask you if you need any assistance.

We came in there tonight to buy some paint. There was one young man working so hard to keep up with everyone. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. Then the young gal at the self check out was so sweet and smiley😊

Clean, and items were easy to find. Good covid procedures. Staff was easy to find when needed and very helpful.

We NEVER seem to have a good experience with Lowe's and it's associates/customer service. Employees could care less and act as though you are a huge inconvenience if you need help/assistance or have a question. It's extremely rude considering that they are there to help customers. We cringe that it's basically the only DIY store in the vicinity without driving an hour or so. That being said, we were in Lowe's today, 8/15/2020, to pick up some tile we purchased back in the flooring department. I can not say enough good about Chris in flooring, he was knowledgeable, nice, happy, helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Best experience we have EVER had with an associate at this store. Give this man a raise, he is doing his job and seems to enjoy helping the customer, going above and beyond. He is amazing! I hope this review makes it to his supervisor and management. He should train the other employees on what customer service actually is and how to be helpful, making the customer feel good about being there, spending money there, and coming back! Thank you Chris for all of your kind, pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance- it did not go unnoticed (I also noticed how helpful you were to all of the other customers in your department while we continued shopping). Keep up the fantastic job you are doing, we hope to see you when we come back next time!!

Clean and organized store. There are bargains if you look hard enough in the clearance rack in the rear of the store by the appliance area. The store is always well organized and stocked.

Great experience. Cory in the paint department was so patient with all our questions, gave great advice, and went out of his way to be sure we understood things and were happy. He made shopping at Lowe's in Washington, Missouri a great experience!!

I like this store most of the associates are helpful and nice plus I really like the veterans discount. They have about anything you would need. Keep up the good work.
