Great service! They explained why I shouldn’t try to repair a wrongly plugged tire. To resolve this situation, they offered me a new one for a good price. I felt no pressure to buy anything. So, I asked them to help me find the exact tires I have. They gave me a quote for two brand new ones. I had to be out of town and they just waited for me to come back. I had no nasty follow up. Just a friendly reminder and we installed the tires in less than one hour without any type of appointment. I’m pleased and planning to buy two more!

Driving full-time for a living has its challenges. Knowing that this particular Plaza Tire Service location was within 4 miles of having trouble with one of my tires was a complete relief. The gentlemen there treated me with kindness and respect. They were professional and very polite. I absolutely recommend this location to any and all who may need their services. No regrets! Feeling very blessed that I felt lead directly to them. They had me back on the road in an incredibly reasonable time. So pleased with and grateful for entire team at this location. My car rides beautifully!!
I could not have asked for better service. The professionalism & curtesy I was shown was outstanding.
My son had gotten tires there a couple of months ago & that's when we met Justin Mathis who has an awesome customer service personality!! He was the reason I came to this location to buy my tires.
I also got to meet Mark Altoff the manager yesterday who was also professional & courteous. These two men along with their mechanics totally knew what customer service was all about.
I would definitely recommend this location!!

Called to make a future appointment for Oil and filter change and service adviser said That I could come right away. That was a VERY pleasant surprise. The technician did have a problem with the oil filter and there was extra delay. But the adviser explained to me what was happening.

I was able to make an appointment easily. Once I arrived, the staff was super friendly and knew what I needed done to my car. They called as soon as it was completed and I paid for it through an app.

Justin took care of me. I was told I needed new front shocks and struts at another garage. I put it off. I brought my car to plaza to bite the bullet at 1200. To my surprise, they unturned me it was the rear and significantly cheaper repair. I appreciate the honesty and will return!

Months ago I needed a single tire repaired and Plaza Tire took care of if with no hassle. I recently had all four tires replaced and the Lake Saint Louis location and it was the easiest/quickest experience!

Those that think that "tires are tires" - are missing a LOT of fundamental education that'll change how you drive your vehicle, but also elevate confidence and likely save you money - if you choose to shop with Cain and the gents over at Lake Saint Louis Plaza Tire Services.

I came in mid--afternoon on a Tuesday and wanted to simply get a bid for tires (all of which performed well and over the recommended numbers - thanks to focused driving, regular maintenance and avoiding performance car-based idiocy). Cain got me three comprehensive bids that not only gave me a simple refit of what I had (Firehawks) but also shared two other offers - as well as some questions to help focus my shopping needs.

This simple activity is something that is almost ENTIRELY LOST in every shopping activity out there, and I'm glad that Cain and the experts here continue a fine tradition of not just "shucking the most-expensive deal" but dial down to find what you'll WANT and NEED for the kind of driving you and your family include in your transportation regularly.

I went with the Nokian Zline A/Ss, which offer better performance in the rain (and the UGH, snow) which is one of the very few pain points I have driving "The Eagle" (a 2018 Dodge Charger R/T) in that - driving, especially on the highway in the rain, felt perilous at best with the Firehawks. That ALL DISAPPEARED with these Nokian Zlines.

The bottom line is that if you're looking for some education about your vehicle and the tires it CAN USE, as well as wanting to build a relationship that will foster safe family driving and might even save you some money as it all happens - time to load up, and make your way to Lake Saint Louis' Plaza Tire Services. Had new tires installed on my 4Runner. Took a little longer than expected (~2hrs), but Justin was excellent to work with. He saved me some money by applying for their credit card, and their oil change price on my vehicle is less than where I've been going.

Have been a firestone customer but had to go to plaza tire service for a flat tire. They serviced it quick and put me back on road within 30 mins. Service was great. Will use them for any future needs.

The sales team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have recently bought 2 sets of tires here and had a great experience both times.

Went in thinking I needed a major tire repair. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaking valve stem and replaced it. The bill was a lot less than I had expected and fast turnaround.
