I travel all over the country for work. There is not another Starbucks that is more consistent in their quality of production nor the quality of their employees and overall friendliness. This location has always been the most friendly and always clean! I always look forward to my experience here. I’ve watched people walk in and lose their minds because they are out of something or took longer than the person had hoped. I’ve never seen the staff or management shaken up dealing with spoiled rude customers! Phenomenal job to this staff and management! 👏

I get into the Starbucks at 5:00AM a few times during the week, and I see teamwork day in and day out. The morning crew for weekdays is amazing, they communicate well, there hard working, and there putting up with a lot of people every minute.

The manager is always attentive and friendly. This morning, I was especially impressed. The store was extremely busy and yet she kept a positive attitude. I loved how she communicated the wait to customers and the motivating way she spoke to her team. She even encouraged customers to check-in if they were concerned about the wait times.

This location truly has the kindest staff. One morning I ordered a refresher and the guy working the drive-thru (Skyler) noticed it wasn’t filled all the way to the top (something I never would’ve noticed or brought up) he took it back and filled himself. Ever since that, this will be the location I use every morning. Everyone is always so happy & kind in the drive-thru even at 6 am.

This was one of the best Starbucks experiences I have had! Jack was the employee helping me. He was kind and cheerful as was the rest of the team. I wish every experience I had a Starbucks was this pleasant!

I've been to A LOT of Starbucks and have always had great experiences with their customer service. Drove through this location today at 11:40am and the woman working the drive thru was exceptional. Genuine professional and so kind. Thank you!

This place is always packed! Their drive thru line moves pretty quickly however. Drink was great and the staff was very kind! Will be back!

Holy cow. Okay, so I was having the worst day and tried to order a quick lunch from my phone and planned to pick it up in the drive through. Long story short I didn’t press the “order” button properly and ended up showing up asking for my order which didn’t technically exist. The barista at the drive thru with the sunflower sewn to her apron was so sweet and didn’t make me feel like the dummy I had been. She made my order very quickly, checked that I didn’t end up paying twice, and called me Queen.
Needless to say 100/10 service. Thank you so much for making my day. Y’all rock.

Best and friendliest staff of any Starbucks I have been to. They are outside taking orders in 90 degree heat so that we can all get our morning coffee ☕ with a little less hassle. That doesn't happen at many Starbucks in case you haven't noticed. Hats off to the staff.

I go for the coffee, not too much on the hang out part..that said, it seems like it would be comfortable to hang out, plenty of variety seating, couch, outdoor seating w/ umbrellas etc.

I go to this Starbucks location pretty much every day on my way to work and many times on my day off. I typically go in the morning and can't ever recall having a bad experience. Depending on what time I go, it can be very busy and I may have to wait in the drive thu for a few minutes. I typically assume that a couple of people in the drive through have ordered multiple complex drinks at one time thus causing a back up. No big deal. If the worst thing that happens in my day is that I have to wait a little longer for my coffee, then I'm living right. I am writing this review to give some positive feedback to management for having Josh on your team. He is always upbeat and friendly in the morning when I swing through the drive thru. He calls me by my first name, recognizes me at the order kiosk and knows my order before I place it. I typically have a great experience here but Josh should win an award for amazing customer service. I am a business owner and would love to have several Josh's working for my team. Keep up the great work!!

I don't think these Baristas get enough recognition I go here literally every day and the young tall boy is always running circles around everyone there. he always has the most positive personality no matter how short staffed they are. the young tall boy who was working togos today was literally working his tail off, while dealing with rude people who have absolutely no patience. you will go far in life with your work ethic and overall positive demeanor.

(5/15/2019) I was told that the system was down and cash payment was the only form they could accept. I don’t carry cash so I pulled through anyway because they said I would get water for waiting. I was surprised by a pink drink AND the water both free of charge. I know we humans don’t like waiting in a tiny parking lot, especially when the weather gets warmer, but be kind to the staff here and be just be patient in general. They are trying to do their best!! So to me, this place is worth it.

Like a lot of Starbucks locations, this one has a challenging entry & exit that seems to bottleneck when it's really busy. And I unknowingly stopped by on the day they give away the free holiday cups. I'd ordered on my app and should've been able to walk in & pick it up but I could barely get off of the main road and into the lot. The drive through was wrapped around the place and there was no place to park when I did get in. I walked into a crowded store and waited about 40 min more for my order. The staff were all working hard to catch up and were very pleasant despite the many frustrated patrons who didn't know or care about the free cups. Seriously, the cup giveaway is nice and apparently popular. But they really need to do the giveaway during specified off hours, like 3 to 6p, not during morning rush when people are going to work.

i had an amazing barista today, her name started with a p, she called me by name and was just extremely nice. they were fast with my service and wonderful people

I love my Starbucks. And if I ever go through Starbucks and they think it took too long to make my coffee they give it to me free. That always puts a smile on my face, great corporate practice. And I always stand behind Starbucks for their company social policies. Thank you Starbucks keep up the good work

This Starbucks is doing a great job. I have never once come here and not been greeted with a cheery deminor and a smile (well I'm guessing with the face mask anyway). They're working so hard for everyone during social distancing and taking so much nonsensical hate. So I just want to say thank you to the employees here for putting a smile on my face and caffeine in my system so I can do the work I need to do during this crazy time. Stay safe!

This Starbucks location is pretty nice and always stocked with fresh smiles. The staff is friendly as the brand demands and the drinks come out fairly quick. There are plenty of seats available and plenty of charging stations for laptops.

My favorite Starbucks. They’re very busy but most of the time they’re pretty fast. Drive thru line is ALWAYS long, so I usually mobile order. Friendly staff, accurate drinks 98% of the time.
