Petco

We have used Petco for grooming services for our Golden Retriever and Golden-doodle. The groomers were very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Molly is the best! Brooke is excellent as well!
Our goldendoodle always looks amazing and the staff seems to genuinely care about their 4 legged clients.
We will continue to use Petco for our grooming services.
Also the employees at Petco have always been very pleasant and helpful, and I've witnessed them going above and beyond to help customers save money.

Always super helpful and kind employees. I was in a hurry once due to someone calling in sick at work that evening, and the employee understood and helped me despite my somewhat rushed and curt mood. Have been here at least 10 times since moving out this way and very consistently great service.

We go on a regular basis for socializing our new puppy and to see our groomer. Everyone we run into is always nice and helpful. We absolutely love our groomer and everything she's done so far for Zeke.

If you got time to waste...go walk a pet store! They literally sell pets...go give them free love 💚 not like target and feel like you got to bye at least a coffee 😅 shout out to the employee that came out of nowhere to show his favorite lil reptile without even asking...you made the pet store a zoo for my son and I....wasting time till movie theater time (expensive as what) both was great...pet store was better (didn't even spend any money there)

The Dardenne Prairie Petco is THE BEST pet store I have shopped. Matthew is outstanding. He always goes above and beyond with assistance and service. I feel very fortunate to live nearby this store. It is a "10" on all counts.

I love their bulk dog treats. The staff is so helpful. I have a hard time finding toys my Pitt mix won't tear up and they will take the time to help me pick out things that are tough enough for her.

They were nice store was clean! Fully stocked. Easy to access from interstate.

There was a gentleman today I got help from named Michael. This man went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed in the fish department. I haven’t had customer service like that in as long as I can remember.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They call my dog by his name and always give him a treat. They also helped without asking to find the right cat food for my 20 year old cat .

Great prices and great employees! Everyone has always been so nice to me 😁

Great store. Good reliability store for pet gecko crickets each week we go.

This location was great. They had the pinky mice that I was searching for and even being slightly busy I was in and out rather fast.

We absolutely love Kayla! She makes our pup feel so special! When we tell her that she is going to visit Ms. Kayla she gets so excited! Kayla is so sweet, caring and loving! We are so thankful that we have her to take care of our fuzzy daughter!

Carlie has been absolutely amazing with helping us train our new puppy. We love visiting this location for all of Honey's puppy supplies.

Good service. I asked for a number of aquariums, the employees where very helpful, loaded everything onto a flat cart, brought it all outside, and loaded everything into my vehicle. Without their help it would have taken me at least three or four trips back and forth to load it up by myself. I very much appreciated this extra effort.

Was shopping for Feliway Classic Diffusers. They were available at my local Petco and with a promotion were better price than anyone else when compared online.

I ordered them and picked them up same day. It was fast and easy.

The diffusers honestly seem to be chilling the cats out. We'll have to see about the random spraying that recently occurred.

I love this place. I always get the grooming packet for my dog. My dog’s stylist is AJ who treats her wonderfully and does a great job. My dog always smells and looks delicious after her the grooming service

I love petco!! It's so amazing and I love it there! I love the products there and the animal inclusiveness that other stores DON'T have! They have rats,mice,birds,fish,turtles,snakes,trantlichas/spiders,lizards,frogs,ferrets and so many more (I forgot alot of them) but a few flaws is that I don't think that the mice/rats are handled that good with care.. rats have bad resptory systems so they CANNONT be kept in a TANK because it's hard for them to breath but for mice it's fine but I also think they don't play with them that much so if u get a rat or mouse they might not be that social but idk I don't work there and they only have male rats/mice there (at my location) and that's fine but I'm looking for female rats at the moment because I'm getting rats in September so I'm just shopping right now and I arleady have a pet mouse (rats/mouse will be kept in different cages) witch I wish I got 2 but I diddent but after all of this petco is an amazing store! The prices are kinda high 😳 😬 but they have alot of discounts all the time! So it kinda works out! 💪 but anyway the workers are so kind! And very very cute animals so I give this store a 5★★★★★ stars! And the app is also amazing!

I'm pretty sure an off-duty employee stopped to help me when I looked perplexed. Everyone here was super helpful and I feel like Petco carries products not found elsewhere which was nice.

The associates are always so nice and helpful. My kids and I love coming here!
