From the first day that I walked into the Washington S2 store until now, I feel welcomed and encouraged! Josh Wagner, who was the previous manager and Richard Dorhauer, who is the current manager have made me feel like a friend and not like a customer. I appreciate their encouragement and willingness to help me hit my fitness goals. I highly recommend this store to everyone I know.

In the last year, the team at the Washington S2 has given me the tools to save my own life. No joke. When I walked in there, I was broken and defeated. Their advice and support, to date, had enabled me to lose 18% of my body weight, 83 points off my cholesterol, 87 points off my triglycerides, and bring my A1c back to normal.

They celebrate my wins and help me adjust if I fall. I was embarrassed to go in there the first time. Don't be!! Through this entire journey, they have been nothing but supportive and empathetic. Richard, Travis, Tyler, they all make me feel like my success masters to them.....and I believe it absolutely does!

I have been going to Supplement Super Stores for about 6 years now. I love the weight scale they offer there. It will help anyone check their BMI. Also, how much muscle or fat you have lost or gained. Travis has been a very helpful employee on my journey. He is a very compassionate, caring, and very professional individual. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help on their weight loss journey.

Richard and Gabby are so personable and always remembers our name. Gabby helped me with product and also ordered me calcium which they didn't have in stock and Richard offered to personally deliver it and I live in Hermann, Mo. Great people, great product.

I really love coming to this location. The guys make you feel super comfortable and heard about what your looking for with results. They also take the time to get to know their customers which is well appreciated. I always feel welcome, even when I haven’t made an appearance in a minute. This is probably one of the best S2 locations I’ve ever been to.

I recently called in to order my supplements to be shipped out to me. I talked to Tyler for about 30 minutes about how everything in my life is going! He genuinely cared to ask and learn about me. Tomorrow I'm back to my better me/finding myself again journey so today we went to Supplement Superstores and did the scary scan (yes it's scary when you are already overweight plus just celebrated Christmas, New Year's and 2 birthdays)
My scan was actually pretty 'good'! I lost weight and fat since my last scan!!! I still have a VERY long way to go but I'm getting there.
Love my S2 buddy! Always encouraging and supportive! Tylor Baer makes sure I'm eating right and taking care of me not just trying to sell me a bunch of pills and powders. He never pushes anything but protein and that is because I don't get enough.
Appreciate him so much! Taking care of me is a hard thing for me.
I haven't really worked one on one with the others there myself but have talked to them and they are all so nice and helpful! If you don't know where to start or how it's scary and overwhelming. Seriously go let them help you! My buddy Tylor, Travis, Rich or Abby will help you and I promise you won't regret it! You won't just get help with your health/weightloss you will get a set of new friends!!! 💪🏻 🥰

Everyone at the Washington store is so nice and welcoming. I have learned so much about my goals and health from these kind and knowledgeable people. I have done better in the gym and felt better in my day to day life. Would highly recommend any S2 store!

Stopped by my local S2 to get some restocks! Walked in, and immediately get greeted and handed a water. The employee was very polite, and also a new member to S2,(can’t remember his name) It was very nice to meet him, he did a wonderful job. Glad they had everything I needed! Plus I got one of the FREE S2 Chiefs T! Super awesome place! Will always recommend S2 to anyone and everyone.

Every visit to S2 is always pleasant. Richard is great at what he does. I never feel pressured to buy more than what I'm there for. I don't feel the need to shop anywhere else for my supplements.

Gabriella was great! Very helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious. She had great recommendations!

I went in completely unsure of what I was looking for but the staff was amazing. Didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need and had me feel good about my purchase when I left. And even wrote down exactly how everything should be utilized. Day 1 of my new Routine!

So immediately walking into the very clean store, stocked full of product along both walls, I was greeted by one of the employees named Richard with a smile and offering a cold water to drink. Then, in the same instance asking, " Hey, how can I help you today?". I am new with the whole wellness kick so he was very helpful in figuring out what it is I was trying to accomplish. He explained in detail a lot of the "why's" in the products he specifically picked out for me which is what I personally liked the most because I'm usually skeptical in the whole sales pitch idea. I didn't, however, get any bad vibes or feel at all pressured into buying anything and he spent quite some time helping me with a meal plan for the weeks which I felt was going above and beyond for me. Richard even suggested I come for a follow-up to evaluate my progress in a couple weeks, using their body scanner that they have which is super cool in my opinion. Anyway, all in all, I left the store feeling good about what I was bringing home and had a great experience as a whole with Richard and the Supplement Superstore. Thanks for being open guys, see you for a follow-up in a couple weeks!

I had a fantastic experience. Richard went through my goals and we setup a great meal plan. Staff is awesome and super helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Customer service beyond compare! Seriously, I absolutely love the great experience it is to shop in SS. They are always knowledgeable and interested in what's going on in your life.
They have great product selection and do an excellent job at guiding to me to what fits my needs. I appreciate SS very much! I especially appreciate Richard who goes out of his way to help me!

I would give this store a 5 star review for sure! I love all the guys there, and go every chance I get, and I'm not joking! I think that their so fun to talk to. And I like to pop in there just to buy energy drinks because not only are they cheeper there, but I just like catching up with all the guys there.
I went in there yesterday to get scanned, and I'm hitting my goals and losing weight, they have helped me so much with my fitness goals on this cut! I recommend them to most people I talk to about fitness. And have brought 5 friends and all my brothers there because I know that if they want answers or results, than to go to the Supplement Superstore!
