Ziggie's Café

It's definitely a hit with the locals. I have nothing bad to say. It was a great place for breakfast. We were headed to Waffle House, but once I saw the parking lot and that it was a restaurant serving breakfast, I turned into the parking lot. A passenger checked the Google score while I was parking. It will be a repeat for me, being that my company is not too far from here.

Springfield, MO. My picky husband bit into his French dip sandwich and said, “First bite—they got this down,” and he motioned to the au jus. “They sliced the roast beef just right,” he added. My chicken noodle soup tasted homemade and really good.

Great flavors, low prices, plus excellent customer service equals happy us. We’ll be back for the pancakes.

Its been years since I last had Ziggy's so decided to go yesterday for breakfast and its still great like I remember. I got the 6 oz steak with eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. The food came out very quickly and was delicious. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, the hash browns were good, and the pancakes were delicious. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone. Also our server was very kind. She was outgoing, talkative and had a great attitude.

Okay. So yes the interior is not desirable and the soap didn’t dispense in the bathroom. But who else can give you great food, nice wait staff, and have Hispanic music mixed with disturbed playing in the kitchen? Ordered 2 plates of same meal- 10/10 would recommend

It's a small town cafe, so don't go in expecting Michelin star food, but the service is going to be superior to everywhere else. Our server was not only friendly, but attentive and knew exactly what we needed when, and got it to us quickly.

I had the chicken fried chicken with white gravy and I loved it. I had the mac and cheese as one side and a baked baked potato with butter, cheese and sour cream. The potato was cooked perfectly. The waitress was really nice and checked on us. Also, the chicken portion was a generous size.

Service was great. Waitress was prompt and friendly. I loved that she provided me with flavored cream she had in the back. Flavored cream is not on the menu

We go here for breakfast almost every time we are in town. They cook to order, make the hash browns extra crispy without burning and add the extras we ask for to our omelets. We love eating here. Wait staff is also super attentive.

If I could give Ziggie's more than five stars, I would. The food is phenomenal here, and the prices are reminiscent of the 1990's. Almost more food than I can eat for under $12. Not only that, but the staff makes guests feel genuinely welcome.

Great environment to eat in. Obviously had people who left church to eat here. Understandably know why, that food was amazing. Talk about hitting the spot. The taste on that fried pork chop was outstanding and the mash potatoes were done perfectly. Great price on it, food and drink total cost about 13 bucks and I was full. If I ever visit Springfield again then I will be back.

I just had absolutely the best chicken fried steak of my life from this restaurant, I ate every bite it was so good, and that's a very rare thing for me to do, it was made with real tenderized steak and was very tender with delicious flavor, and the service for take out was very fast, the staff was very friendly, it was awesome

I've been coming here for the last 3 years when i am in Springfield for business. This is home style cooking at its best. The service is old school charm from great southern ladies.

Great food, and service with a smile! Theresa was amazing from the moment I walked in, greeting me with a smile. She was very patient and accommodating as I made my choices, and super friendly throughout my stay. The food was fantastic, came out quickly (it was slow at 11am on a Monday) and was very tasty (I had the chicken skillet with biscuits and gravy). All in all a great place to have a bite to eat and relax!

I love Ziggies!! The food is incredible. Its not a fancy place, but the fish is perfection. We drive over an hour just to go there. Love it!!!

I wish Ziggy's with a state in Ozark I love their breakfast and their catfish I had one in Ozark and I don't know why it closed up I think it's because the ones they had managed in it

Great Chicken Fried Chicken mashed potatoes and gravy and okra. Have good sausage cheese omelette . Recommend this place.Go check it out.

We both hot breakfast meals. Could not believe the amount of food on my plate. In the picture you can't see the ham under the bacon. Friendly waitress, not so much on hostess seating us. Large parking lot and it was a convenient location. This was a nice meal and a pleasant surprise of how good it was. Prices very reasonable too. If in the area again will go back.

So friggin gooooooodddd everything was wonderful and fresh fresh fresh!!!! Great portions great price great service . Everything was hot and delicious . Our waitress Stephanie was wonderful as well.
